The stuffed animals I ordered turned out AMAZING! It did take while to get here, but it was WELL worth the wait! My kids are going to be so excited and touched when they get these as they are in remembrance of their dad who passed away.

Great product, lots of communication from Francesca. From my personal experience with this company, I would use them again and would recommend.

Amazing experience with this company,I ordered three items from them.yes it was some delay but always emailed me with an update.my girls love there items and I love mine.100% would buy again from them.

I ordered a Sloth with my adopted daughters deceased bio fathers pic on it. It turned out beautifully and the sloth is so soft. I enjoyed the little thank you note and treats that were in the package as well. I will more than likely order again for other occasions.

I ordered the hug from heaven bear for my best friends( who is like a sister to me)baby boy who is 5mths old for christmas, with a picture of him and his uncle who passed away tragically years ago,his mother has been distraught losing her brother until the day he was born and is now feeling so much joy with him but also sad that her baby boy will never meet his uncle,this bear is a way for him to always hold his uncle close and grow up with not just hearing about him but feeling like he knows him by seeing himself and his uncle on his bear everyday,his mother absolutely loves it,it means the world to her and it will to him as he grows up as well,thankyou so much Ohmyvalentine for doing such an amazing job,greatly appreciated X

Purchased on 2nd December and paid for priority shipping and have still not received my item. In tracking it says order received, not even been shipped. Have emailed and had no response. Would really like some reassurance my order is on its way even if it means waiting a little longer but after reading other reviews I am starting to think I will never receive my order and will have to make a claim back via credit card company.

UPDATE: Received a reply to my review to inform me that several emails had been sent to me requesting a new image. I have checked my spam/junk and do not appear to have any emails, however, I have sent an email containing two images (the seller can pick whichever is best) so I am hopeful my daughter will receive her teddy before Christmas with any luck. I will update again when I know more.

I accidentally ordered two sent an email to cancel one and someone by the name of Connie said she would have to check with her boss and I never heard a thing back from her! Emails weren’t getting answered then they stated they sent out another Email which I never got and it wasn’t in my spam or trash folder. So I was not happy and thought this was all a scam but to my surprise I got what I ordered today in the mail and it was my double order since I couldn’t cancel one. It took from 11/11/24 until 12/18/24 to get it. I have to say they are adorable and I really like them but they need better customer service!

I ordered on the 1st of December and it came abit slow but it made it for Christmas and it beautiful thanks alot for a great product

I ordered one of the hug from heaven bears. Oh my god! It was amazing. It's a Christmas present for my daughter. My eldest daughter passed away 8 years ago and every Christmas we get our youngest daughter a gift from heaven for her. This year I found hug from heaven bears. It was so amazing. I sent in a picture of both of my daughters, taken 8 years apart. They made it look like they were really hugging on the teddy.

Omg these bears are perfect and so cute. It did take a long time however the communication from ohvalentine was really good. Tbh I cam see why they take a long time because the end result is amazing. Thank you so much amazing team putting all your care into making these memorable gifts xxx

Ordered a bunny for my little girl who is struggling with the loss of my dad. Quality is amazing and despite it taking a bit longer than expected from Germany - uk due to high volume of orders the company kept in touch every step of the way to avoid any worry of not receiving the item.
