NO EXPIRATION DATE. Company would not stand behind their product when I tried to return RANCID nut packages.

Melted chocolate! I didn’t open the truffles right away, put them in the freezer. Surprise! Melted and re-frozen goop. They take no responsibility for poor packing and shipping, only offering a 50% refund on affected items. You lost a very good customer.

I didn't care for the dried peaches or apricots. I will use them in smoothies though.

Offers a decent selection, but shipping can be unreliable and communication is poor. Customer service is unhelpful when issues arise, such as spoiled nuts, making for a disappointing experience.

Extremely poor experience. They missed shipping deadlines even though I paid extra for expedited shipping. I got notified they had just packaged it on the day it was guaranteed to arrive. This is for my business, and now I'm missing out on hundreds of dollars in sales for this specialty item.

Customer service just treated me like they didn't care, apparently they have no one above a line level employee working today. This will be a major blow to my business, and if they had just communicated about the delay, I could have sourced from another supplier.

I will not shop there again. Their workers are so rude, disrespectful. Everyone touched the food without gloves and nothing is fresh.

Great customer service

I received rancid macadamia nuts and because I didn’t notify them within 10 days of receiving them I could not return them. They also said that they had to be unopened. How would I know they were rancid unless I opened them and tried them? I spent $99 on an order and now I’m out that money. I will never order from them again. Poor poor customer service.

The order that I placed was for a Birthday gift for someone special in Florida. I wrote a birthday message that included a joke that we both shared and instructions to call the person receiving the gift, before leaving the package on an opened porch in the 90 degrees heat in Florida. The package was left without a call and when opened there was no birthday message included. On tracking the package myself I called the person to retrieve the box left by Oh! Nuts. The person called me yesterday and advised me that the bags of Pecans were stale. I had called their Customer Service Dept. when the box was first left, regarding the missing birthday message and the box left in the extreme heat and I have received No call back since then. I would like to have a return label sent to the person that received the box and my money refunded to me. That would be the decent thing to do. I guess that I won't be doing business with this company in the future.

Perfect dried mangos. Tried both sweetened and unsweetened. Preferred the later both were great though! We dipped the slices ( perfect texture!) in milk chocolate and stored in refrigerator. Big batch going to school for seventh graders to enjoy! Thank you! I will order again and appreciate the high quality.
