Back pain went away
Dealing with constant lower back and hip pain for 6 months and it got so bad I couldn't workout or take a long walk anymore. I began eating 7-8 OhPops per day and slowly my pain went away. Today, I snack on Ohpops before I workout. They give me energy without making me too full to give my best in the gym.
