I still haven't received my package and it's been over a month. Let skin be contacted by customer service after trying to contact atleast twice!!!!! Terrible.

Never received the item I bought. Tried to email and never got a response. Awful service.

Is this company a fly by night outfit?
My daughter ordered a swimsuitback in July , the card was charged, no swim suit to date.
I have emailed them to no avail.
Can't find a phone number to call..

Screw this company. It took them 2 MONTHS to deliver my bathing suit and weren't at all helpful .

i ordered a swim suit and it never came in the mail and i emailed the company for my money back and they never emailed me back.. i either want me swim suit or my money. its been over 3 months now!

A few months ago I ordered 3 items from OHrange and to be honest I'm nothing but completely satisfied!! The material is perfect and the sizes fit absolutely right ! I'm planning on ordering again but more than just 3 things this time lol. So I'm rating it 5stars and I do recommend it for anyone who's looking for a brand offering beautiful and original clothes for little prices :)

I wouldn't even give one star. Awful! Took weeks to get order and then when we finally got the order after paying extra as it was from USA we were missing a bikini! I emailed to say this wasn't received and have been ignored. Will NEVER order from them again.

I received my bathing suit which fit great but I never received my necklace ):

I ordered one swimsuit and it has been almost 5 weeks and I still haven't gotten it. I don't even know if I will ever get it. I have emailed them asking about it and they have not emailed me back, so I am not impressed at all. It seems very unprofessional. I just want my money back at this point because I won't be able to use the swimsuit until next summer.

Do not ever order from this company! I ordered 1 swimsuit over 3 months ago and never received anything! I tried to contact customer service several times and never got a response

It took alimost a month to get my delivery. Once I received it, it didn't look like the shirt I ordered and it didn't fit. . Will never order from here again.

I had the worst experience shopping here. I never received my order but still got charged. I emailed the company 5 times and nobody responded. I will never shop here again.

My bathing suit doesn't fit and I've been trying to get ahold of someone for over two weeks about returning it but no one has gotten back to me. But they can send me an email about writing a review...makes sense.

I never got my order that I placed in march. It's horrible service l around.

This product took over a month to come. Tracking it was difficult because the tracking number sent me to some weird website from China and it tracked the package for about three days before it stopped updating. When I FINALLY got it it fit well which I was relieved because all the before problems made me think it was just gonna be a complete waste of time, but I was surprised. However, the material was not like what it looked like in the picture. All in all I was alright with the outfit. Will I purchase again? Probably with a big window before I need the outfit.

never order from this site, i decided to order a £30 dress for my work meal and left it 3 and a half weeks which i thought would be plenty of time however it took 2 and a half months which just made me out of pocket and i have a dress sitting in my cupboard which takes the mick

The top is super cute , i wear it all the time . Although the bottoms were extremely small so unfortunately i can't wear them :(

I never received one of the three bathing suits that I ordered and sent 2 follow up emails regarding that and have not gotten a response. There is no phone number given to reach someone regarding this matter and it is completely unprofessional to not even respond to my emails.
