A beautiful and flawless Haworth Fern for half the price. I can't complain!

I had a great experience buying from OHR. Sampling the chairs in the store was extremely valuable - David helped me pick out the right chair for me and was extremely knowledgeable. I love my Steelcase Gesture chair (which looks / feels like it's brand new) and bought it for a fraction of the retail price.

David was incredibly knowledgeable, helped talk me through the options, the benefits and drawbacks of all the different chair options, helped me find the chair that would be best for me, even though it was a cheaper option than I came in looking for, then the delivery was fast and easy.

I really appreciated the quality communication around my order and the person service delivering it. And my new (to me!) chair is kind of amazing!

From product quality to customer service, OHR simply excels! My original Aeron chair had finally lost its "gas," so i first looked into getting a repair/having the cylinder replaced—which was possible but for several hundred bucks and a several-week wait. So then i researched refurbished Aeron chairs, read about OHR Home Office Solutions, and in less than a week, i'd been to the Manhattan showroom, got a solid education on what to look for in office chairs from company founder David, selected the model of my "new" chair and that was delivered 2 days later! Not only is it an excellent chair, but now after sitting in it daily for 2 months, I believe it's a better specimen than my original! This company is equal parts a throwback to when quality was a company mission and a forward-thinking tech-progressive "manufacturer."

Knowledgeable about products, patient, efficient delivery within the time period given by OHR. Product appears of good quality and selection available. Notified 15 minutes before delivery with timing correct. All personnel pleasant to deal with.

Love my new chair from OHR. I went through a few chairs from Staples and they all cut off circulation to my legs. I tried different cushions but they didn’t fix the issue. After sitting in all the chairs in the OHR showroom, the Fern was the best - I love the forward tilt on the seat. I’m able to sit in it all day for work without any circulation issues. So happy!
