Been getting a weekly pick and mix from here for a while now.
Last time we went we were served by 2 different members of staff. The young girl was pleasant however, the older lady was awful and made us feel as though asking for a pick and mix was a chore for her. Felt really uncomfortable and will not be returning. She was incredibly rude.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Not greeted by the member of staff - a hello wouldn’t have gone a miss. Service without a smile which is a shame as could be a magical experience as there are so many varieties of sweets. If you want something to suck the happiness out of you, visit the mood hoover staff !

Satisfactory experience, my order took a week to arrive amidst a Bank Holiday. No tracking information was provided as is usually provided when making an online purchase, I wouldn’t have posted a review had this been the case. Needed to create a PayPal account as website wouldn’t accept any other form of payment. No phone number on website, one on Facebook page didn’t work.

Social media messages and emails had gone unanswered, emails had gone into spam folder (out of company’s control). Received a defensive response laced with sarcasm from company director despite sending a polite email. Saturday is considered a working day for Royal Mail, this was the advertised courier for 90% of orders on the website though Evri was used. Maybe put a disclaimer on the website if there might be delays with the courier dispatching the order to manage expectations.

Despite the delivery experience the sweets were lovely and nicely packaged. The Assorted Bites sweet variety chosen was different to the image on the website, I also received Fruity Turtles instead of the Haribo Terrific Turtles I had chosen.

Ordering was very easy, the order was delivered when it was supposed to be. Would have been five stars if all the sweets I wanted were in stock. Will definitely use again.

Our second time ordering pick and mix from Oh So Sweet and it's been brilliant both times! Collection in store is super easy and the staff are really friendly.

You’ve asked me to review something I still haven’t received! My order was despatched on Wednesday, it’s now Saturday and I haven’t Received them, I have not been given any tracking details either. Bit annoying, as If they don’t come today they probably won’t come til Tuesday because of the bank holiday. I ordered on Monday.

I ordered a mini American sweet box as a gift for my friend and she absolutely loved it!
I've been to the store many times and I've always found something new, so I wanted to order my friend a little box of sweets from my favourite sweet shop and she was very pleased with the selection!
I accidentally put in the wrong postcode and sent an email to customer service and they responded very quickly to my email to correct to mistake I made. Very happy with the customer service and thank you for fulfilling my special request + correcting the postcode! :)

A very well packed and beautifully presented box of the choose your own chocolate selection.
Two bags, a bag of chocolate mice and chocolate jazzies had however melted and a few were stuck solid together but that didn’t ruin the flavour.
