I want to cancel and refund the order. But it is about two months they talking about to refund. But they didn't cancel the order yet. Also didn't tell about the time when I will get the refund. Also they respond on e-mail after two months.
I have ordered 10 Atmotubes in 3 different orders from Sep 2021. They promise me to deliver on 15 of October 2021 then dragged up to 10th of December 2021. Then They cancelled the order and relisted my items at higher price. This should be a shame because I have waited for more than 2 months to deliver the items.
They have clearly mentioned that my order is confirmed and ready to deliver on 15 October.
