Excellent! Sceptical at first, but happy I ordered!
We lost a charm which had quite the emotional value. It was hard to find, and fortunately, I ended up with OIR Italy. At first, I was sceptical about the site, but I gave it a shot and was happy I did so. My wife's bracelet is now complete again. Delivery was fast. Thank you very much!

Exceptional Service & Rare Find — Highly Recommend!
I purchased a rare D1 Milano Forest Ultra Thin 38mm that was sold out everywhere else, but OIRITALY had it in stock at a great price — about $50 under retail.
During shipping, the package was briefly held in Rome customs due to missing export paperwork (it was the seller’s first-ever export). OIRITALY and their partner boutique, Charms Gioielli, resolved the issue within just a few days and worked closely with DHL to get the watch to me.
It arrived in perfect, brand-new condition, with flawless packaging that ensured safe delivery. I’m genuinely impressed with OIRITALY’s customer service, attention to detail, and commitment to resolving issues quickly. I would absolutely buy from them again and recommend them without hesitation.

In the event of a size being too small or an error on the part of the jeweller in sending an incorrect size compared to the one ordered, as stated in our terms and conditions, a return is possible within 14 days of receipt of the order.
In the case of a wrong size chosen by the customer it is the customer who has to pay the return costs, in the case of a mistake on the part of the jeweller's shop the customer receives a shipping label and from the offices we schedule a pick-up in agreement with the customer and his availability.
