Not the best product
Shipping was fine, and arrived shortly after like expected, but the product lacks coordination, meaning the holes needed weren’t at the right place when assembling to add onto the damage the legs aren’t as stable as shown in the pictures

SHIT QUALITY! No help after complaint. I got my parcel which was broken. Item inside broken. Packed destroyed. I will never buy anything from there and bad bad service. They are not listening and not helping.

Great first experience
Lots of stuff to choose from, and great website for inspiration -Fast, free delivery to Denmark
The furniture I bought was easy to assemble
I did have a smaller problem with one of the pieces, as the holes for the screws were misaligned
-here I got a partial refund of about ⅓ of the price with no fuss whatsoever
I will definitely buy from here again 👌

Horrible delivery company
I like the products that I bought from the store, but I have to give you 1 star, because you are using the worst delivery company in the world. Twice they lied about trying to deliver the items and claimed no one was home, when I was at home all week. I had to spend my free time to collect mattress and I had to pay a company to pick up the bed that the delivery company was meant to deliver. So all in all I like your products and would love to shop at your store again, but there is no chance in hell, as long as you use PostNord delivering your items, Lucifer would be proud of how horrible this company is.

Then the postman contacted me - and he could'nt understand the adress.....Wonder whey - you try to deliver my order to my mail adress....
Then you asked my of my adress and I wrote it to you again and then you send my order back to the factory....

The service they provided was excellent, I had a problem with the shipment and the product was incomplete (the package was broken and some parts fall out, not their fault) I wrote and they responded immediately and they sent another one to get the missing parts. As a recommendation for the future, please use packaging that suits the weight of the product, the ones you use right now can't bear the weight.
