There are no words enough to rightfully…
There are no words enough to rightfully describe our wonderful experience when we purchase things over the phone with Mona at OKA Dallas location. She always makes what could have been a stressful over the phone shopping experience into a fun and delightful one.
Mona is knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly and a total professional lady who encourages us without being pushy while also sharing up close photos or videos of whatever may pique my wife's interest.
OKA products are top-notch and while we miss no longer living within walking distance from the Dallas store, we can take comfort in knowing that Mona will facilitate our shopping over the phone.
