Dr Anthony & I have found that buying from OKA is always a pleasure! OKA staff are always on hand with advice when needed. They are always pleasant and knowkedgeable too. If ever we are unable to get into a store in time for a sale then buying on line from OKA is the next best option to secure our favourite item and at the sale price. Should the item be reduced further, post purchase on line, then OKA will happily refund the difference! This has given us even more incentive to buy from OKA and be able to secure our chosen items while stocks last and have a choice of delivery destination! OKA has quickly earned our trust and become our most visited store for home furnushings! Thanks once again to all staff seen recently in the Harrogate store namely: Emma; Zoe; Sam and Carole. We received some great advice when choosing a rug, and although the delivery process was a bit confusing Georgiana was also really helpful with this element. Needless to say the rug is beautiful and a bonus is that it arrived ahead of schedule

The OKA Harrogate store is a credit to the company. Last week I ordered some cutlery which was out of stock online, so I rang up to see if they were able to deliver it from store - which they were. Zoe was super helpful, lovely to chat to and very efficient… she sorted payment easily and then packaged up my order brilliantly which arrived quickly. Taking advantage of the sale I’ve now just placed another order which Zoe and Louisa have helped me with - again nothing too much trouble and genuinely a delight to shop with. They’ve gone out of their way to ensure I’ve had a good experience, to the point where I’d actually make that my first port of call rather than using the website from now on. Thank you guys - you’re brilliant.
