I had a fantastic experience at Oka in Fenwick Newcastle thanks to Izzy. She was an absolute pleasure—so patient, kind, and genuinely helpful while I made my decisions. She even used AI to show me different styles, which made everything so much easier as I was quite indecisive. I spent nearly four hours in store and never once felt rushed. I’m trying to choose cushions & went into Oka Newcastle & saw Issy. She was exceptionally helpful making suggestions & showing me computer generated photos on the computer of how they would look on my sofa which was brilliant. Viewed the item in Newcastle and follow up Customer service friendly and helpful, delivery was efficient with a choice of when to receive the item. THe quality of the rug is lovely although a little pricy compared to some similar items

Fantastic Service
Victoria in Fenwicks OKA Newcastle provided the most excellent customer experience. We were looking for a cushion to support my Mum's spine, and Victoria provided a full range for us to try, including varying cushion pad sizes. She provided an excellent and patient service throughout. We also bought a set of placemats/coasters, and again Victoria offered a number of options. A beautiful concession with first rate service. Highly Recommended.

Made buying a sofa painless
Staff overall, but particularly Chris the manager, were extremely helpful over several days, looking up options for me from the info I gave them.
Going that extra mile to ascertain what it was I was after and pointing out other possible options where they thought them appropriate. Couldn’t fault the service.
