The reservation process was straightforward, and the pricing was reasonable. What truly impressed me was the meticulous attention to detail. I had indicated that I would be traveling a considerable distance and requested a reliable vehicle (as some previous reviews had expressed concerns about the quality of the cars provided). I was delighted to receive an exceptional car that perfectly met my requirements.
Personally, I would appreciate slightly more communication from them before and after the rental, such as informing us that they have received the car, that everything is in order, and that the deposit refund will be processed.
However, I understand that they are likely quite busy.
I will definitely be renting from them again.

Bad experience with this renter
Bad experience with this renter. Do not suggested to rent anyting from them. We reserve a car, many mounths before, for august 2021.The renter cancel the reservation some day before our arrival. They say that they have cars but at more that QUADRUPLE price. I will not rent any car from them.

Il noleggiatore ha cancellato la nostra prenotazione alcuni giorni prima del nostro arrivo dopo una nostra mail. Hanno detto che avevano auto ma ad prezzo QUADRUPLO rispetto a quanto concordato. non noleggeró più nulla da loro.
