I placed an order for shirts with this company on 20 June. Part of my order arrived on 6 July, but I have been unable to track the remaining items.

The tracking page provided by the company is asking me to pay to track the rest of my order, which doesn't seem right.

Has anyone else experienced this? I would appreciate any advice on how to contact the company or resolve this issue. Thank you.

Excellent service ordered 4 shirts x 2 were a perfect fit the other 2 were a bit small x contacted them and have paid shipping costs and new ones will be with us shortly x will be using again when season starts for some more football shirts x

I've just received my tottenham hotspur jersey and the quality is great, I also received a card with details on my next purchase,code to use and they even let me know about a free pair of shorts and it was packed well and has also been my second jersey, I first got the 1992 away jersey the yellow with the holsten and my recent 26/27 training jersey the tottenham hotspur lunar year and it's a really nice jersey

Bought a couple of retro and current jerseys from OkayJersey. Overall, 3 out of the 4 jerseys were good quality and met my expectations. Delivery was also fast and hassle-free.
The only disappointment was the Japan 2025 Home Fan Jersey (size M). The pit to pit lenght was as advertised but the collar seems to have been made far too large, with a circumference of around 60 cm, making it look and fit poorly. Not sure if this is the original spec or this item slipped through quality control. Overall, a decent experience.

ridiculously slow shipping to Australia. How can it take 4 days to fly from China to Aus?

I bought 2 jerseys (Chelsea for myself and Man utd for my wife) and we both loved the quality of the shirts. Top notch!

They got my order wrong but it was all good they didn’t charge me anything additional for the New Jersey and told me to keep it, only thing is shipping can take a little bit but other than that customer service and quality is excellent!!!

Great product but sizing is a real problem for UK market. A 4XL garment on the website was 2XL in UK size. Pity because I bought a jersey for my wife but there's no way a 4XL would fit me.

I ordered three different shirts. Cost me over £50. My fit is 2xl. Based on their website, size chart and then their advice on to choose a larger size, i went with the safe option and picked 4xl, especially as it was my first purchase.
Ordered 25th june, arrived 7th july.
Tried putting on the shirts and i couldnt put the shirt on. I thought it was odd, as i went for the very largest to be safe. I then took my official nike shirt, which is 2xl and their 4xl is shorter in width at the base and under the arms than my nike 2xl.
I reached out to okayjersey.com and their solution was to pay for the postage for fan jerseys. I responded so does that help me? Your largest size 4xl is smaller than my uk 2xl jersey. They then responded you can always return it for a refund. So i thought ok, then a few minutes later i got another message, "Mate, I need to inform you of the risks in advance. The jersey may be seized by customs in either China or the UK, or it could be lost during international shipping." I looked this up, basically you have to very careful with your wording for customs, you cant use the word replica or brand names as the chinese will stop the package for trademark infringement. I responded, so where does that leave me, so basically i wasted £53! He had no further suggestions and basically it was up to me if i wanted to take a punt in returning it. Oh, he did suggest i could sell it.
Basically i am the fool here and out of pocket, customer service is awful, completely unhelpful.
Obviously i wont be buying their crap again.
Lesson learnt, will stick to buying originals!

I ordered two football shirts. The tracking was incorrect. I what's appted the company who said items were now in the UK. The items were actually delivered that day. Fortunately I was in. The shirt quality was good although the size I ordered was slightly too small even though I checked size guide given by company prior to placing a order. I have taken one star off as sizing guide not good and tracking service useless.

The shirts were great! Like any online clothing experience, you can never be 100% sure of the fit unless trying on in person but the website fitting experience was very well listed. Shipping and quality were super! Will definitely buy from again.
