Very good customer service and came on time and in perfect condition

So I was one of those pain in the butt customers that seems to have questions about everything. Their customer service was top notch to me all three times I contacted them within a few weeks. I don’t know if it’s how people approach customer service that can’t seem to get the answers they need, that’s my guess. As far as shipping, if you order over a certain amount , they offer free shipping but it does say that it could take awhile. You do have the option of paying for upgraded shipping, which I did with the last order. There was a point with my first order where my package was at a standstill for a week in shipping. I contacted them and they contacted the shipping carrier. But the details on where it was was lacking on the tracking app but it did get here in timely manner. The sizing is a little off for the US. I would say if you’re ordering, size up. We received two jerseys and my daughter’s kids kit fit perfect but my husband’s jersey was on the small side. If I would size it up one more size, it would be fine. Maybe that’s just the difference between US sizing and European sizing. We have another jersey coming soon so hopefully that’s an indicator on how to order. I’m curious on how they with hold up. Quality isn’t bad at all but it is $ 26 jersey, really what do people expect. I originally started out thinking this was a scam company when we ordered because the pricing was to good to be true. It’s not. Now if your expecting your jersey to be the same exact quality and detail as a $130 jersey, I guess you need to just save your money for the more expensive one. I believe for the price, they do a great job. I would recommend this company.

ima be honest dont waste y'all money on ts i didn't even receive it i ordered on the 26th of last month and rn its november 15 and still dont have it i keep checking the tracking and it said it was in my state November 8 and rn its back in NJ when i live in the midwest they use a Chinese shit to send it dont buy it i havent even received my shit but reading all the reviews im not even looking forward also they dont have a number or email to contact them shitty ass company

I bought 4 football jerseys in my normal size 3XL but they were too small! I sent an email to complain but they had my money and they did not reply.

People are quick to moan rather than appriciate. I recieved mine today, yes it might not be the best spot on fit but for the price and quality it’s really good. For 25 quid it’s worth every penny. Id give it 5 star for it’s price and quality. Recommended.

Sizing is completely off. The 4XL is not 4XL it is more like an XL. The material does not stretch. it is not a sporting material.

Well there's no doubt the shirt r good....but there's 1 thing they don't tell u...that they r not...English size...it's there size...as I ordered 4XL as I'm a big guy...it was late coming...but once it got here...it was lush...and I thought...that's long enough...but the size and width....was most definitely not 4XL...it was like small to a medium size....and not they r refusing me a refund....so don't believe or just what this company...says and do 4 u... but there sizes r 4 thin people not big people like me...because the 4XL I bought...is most definitely not a English size. 4XL

The shirt's they Advertiser not the shirts you receive.they are really bad fakes,the shirt i received is missing some of the Sponsors,sizing is massively off. Stitching is all over the place.dont waste your money on this fake rubbish

Having read a previous review I now have the same issue, the shirt I ordered was a small after waiting two weeks for it arrive the shirt I have received is a large. I hope people read this before ordering from this supplier.

Whilst the shirts are great value and the quality at first glance seems fine for the price, the sizing is way off. The shirt I ordered is way too small. They will allow you to return (but only if you provide a photo to prove it doesn't fit) however they want a $15 shipping fee to return which is almost as much as the shirt cost, Therefore I wont be returning and I am now down £20. I cant use them again if it is a lottery on sizes with no cost effective returns policy.
