Total rip off ordered 2 personalized…

Total rip off ordered 2 personalized wrestling 18 inch pillows.
Finally received in a 4x6 envelope. It’s NOT a pillow but a sheer cheap pillow cover- no stuffing-foam and they misspelled Jack instead spelled Jjack?.. customer service non existent
