I absolutely love my beauty boxes. I never used to bother with all the skin products etc but decided as I am older my skin needs more attention and the different product have been amazing. I am always excited for my next box to discover what surprises are in store for me

I've had a subscription with OK! Beauty Box for a good while. I have the option every month to 'put on hold' or to go ahead with that month's purchase. The boxes are excellent value for money with a good selection. They aren't repetitive and l've had some real gems that l love. I would recommend x

Why ask for a review when i cancelled…
Why ask for a review when i cancelled my subscription? Yous removed my points that should not have been removed they weren't expired as all old points were spent regularly as in monthly which i explained all of this. What yous were actually doing was removing my points so that i could not deducts £2.50 every month from my £30 subscription. Reason i left is due to your greed. Best place to order from is The Liquidation Store thier beauty boxes are amazing

I absolutely loved my first beauty box
I absolutely loved my first beauty box, I loved it so much I paid for a 6 month subscription for my daughter’s birthday. I paid an extra £13 for the offer of £90 worth of surprise products which included eyelash serum, body oil, fantastic hair products as well as skin creams, I was very impressed.
The products were so useful, I have been using them all, a great way to test out for future purchases.
Can’t wait for July’s box.

Missing items OK not interested !
Received my beauty box with 3 items missing, box looked tampered with as it had parcel tape closing oneside .
Immediately emailed Ok to be told to “recheck the box” ! I can count .
Stated “maybe the parcel had been split “but they don’t send out numerous packages .
“Check the tracking “ obviously the tracking shown as delivered !
I’ve sent 4 emails including pictures to be told they are speaking to the relevant team , this was Friday gone .
Emailed again today , no response .
Their after service is non existent, fine until something goes wrong . I wouldn’t mind but the items missing are the cheaper ones , hardly a reason to lie which is now how Ok have made me feel . Will not use this company again and I am a customer who over the years have used them numerous times and had various subscriptions.

Unbelievable bad customer service
Unbelievable bad customer service, beauty box incorrect, not right items sent, never arrived for granddaughters birthday in time. I did get a replacement in the end but asked as good will if they would sent a extra beauty items, they never got back to me ???? I have cancelled my subscription with OK BEAUTY which is a shame as my granddaughter is obsessed with makeup and skin care who is 16 and wants this as a profession. If a massive company like OK don't care then we definitely go elsewhere

Not another mascara!
Not another mascara!! A moisturiser for oily skin, when I have dry skin. What’s the point in filling out a profile, when you are sent products for a different skin type? Wish I hadn’t signed up for a year. Let’s hope next months box is a bit better, but I won’t hold my breath
