Quality of workmanship is awful along with customer service, they can talk the talk so I paid top dollar thinking I was getting quality work (paid designer price got a shein product) don't go near them !!!!!

If I could give them no stars I would. This company are a disaster to work with. We were promised so much but their windows and doors are terrible quality. The wind blows through the door and whistles through the house. They attempted to fix this about 10 times and still the problem is the same. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

I have had them for 7 years - Brilliant..triple glazed turn and tilt..and integral fly screens.Very secure shoot bolts ..cant oraise tbem highly enough.
I had absolutely no problems at all...happy to speak to anybidy about them.

Avoid at all cost this company would not refund a deposit after increasing the cost of the quotation substantially after the contract was signed.
Absolutely no response or anyway of contacting them no answer to phone calls or emails.

We went with Oknoplast as we didn't want the I told you so of Munster Joinery.
Oknoplast have the worst customer service ever.
We have our windows a year next month and simple snags are not complete.
Such a shame as the windows are good but because of the customer care we WOULD NOT recommend them

Absolutely horrendous customer service. We've paid in full since before Christmas 2022 and the job is still not complete. No response to calls, messages or emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
