I used OKPAY for several months and I think good tool for online business, has good coverage, have your debit card, good and reliable technical support.

I have been using OKPay for about 3 years for transfers of up to £15,000 and not had any issues. There fees are minute for depositing with them and moving to a merchant, but withdrawal will cost 1% + £40, which is still pretty good.
They have very good forms for sending international wires, i.e. they include all SWIFT fields such as corresponding bank, which are not always available.
