Excellent response time!
We were looking for a source of cans to be overnight shipped. Oktober was quick to respond to our request and delivered our cans next day.

So glad I got this seamer. Wish I wouldnt have waited so long to get it. Super easy to use and faster then bottling for sure. I was able to can up 9 cans in no time one got messed up cause I didnt pay attention and see I put my drill in reverse. Love the small size of this seamer, easy to clean and store away. Had some can get damaged by UPS but Oktober took care of it.

Local guys really on the ground floor of supporting the craft brew industry that has really put Grand Rapids on the map. Great crew and really awesome people over there. Look behind the counter the next time you're in one of downtown's brew pubs and you'll more than likely see their fantastic products. They make a domestic version as well for hobby brewers too!

Placed an order in the afternoon for Seamer parts and needed them rushed as we were right in the middle of a canning run when our Seamer broke down. Explained that I was willing to pay expedited freight charges. I received an invoice for the parts right away and was able to pay it fast so the parts could be picked and shipped that same day. It was a Friday so the package went out UPS next day air Saturday delivery. I received the parts Saturday morning and was able to be back up and running by noon. Awesome service that I can't say I've experienced for a long long time.
