UPDATED Customer Support - manuals need update
UPDATED.....
Support emails were getting filtered in a really strange way. Appears there was a design change where the can guides are no longer needed and replaced with the centering rings. Took me a little to figure out I didn't need both and Oktober just needs to update their manuals/videos to reflect this change. So far a GREAT product and thanks again for getting back to me!

Not clear on return policy
Not clear on return policy, there's a button on the website but you can't click it to review terms and policy.
Website states an estimated time frame for when to expect the items but once order was placed it was longer than anticipated because they were "out of stock". Again not clear on that second aspect.
Contacted them twice and left a voicemail - no one returned my call. Emailed them and Elle Lively was not helpful instead of providing a solution to the frustration- they will charge re-stocking fee- even when the item wasn't available prior which made me wait longer for the order to arrive. Also stated my number was not reachable- that's a lie.
Already did my part and returned the cups- still no refund into my account. TERRIBLE!

Even though they were almost finished with the production of the machine, the great people of Oktober were understanding and gave us a refund. Not only because of their great product, we also expreienced great customer service. Since that experience we have ordered a new Oktober Seamer and we cannot be more pleased. Easy to use and well built. We have canned over 10000 cans since and the machine (as long as you care for it) has not issues to date. Everytime we use it with confidence knowing that it will work everytime. Thanks Oktober! We can't tell people enough about you!
