Professional and courteous.

Okusi Associates offer services to foreigners coming to Indonesia; visas, company formation, that sort of thing. We visited their office in Kuta, Bali, and told them we wanted to form a company in Indonesia. They were pleasant and professional. While we went through the application process, we had a number of fears. Their head office in Jakarta were pro-active. They contacted us to hear our concerns and put our minds at rest. This was very good of them and very much appreciated.
