We had an outstanding experience using this platform for our hybrid event, with over 1500 people in person and 300 + on line. From start to finish, the team delivered seamless event streaming that kept both our in-person and remote audiences fully engaged. The audio-visual and stage design were top-notch—professional, creative, and tailored perfectly to our theme.
What impressed us most was how effortlessly the technology blended with the live experience. Our on-site registration was super efficient and smooth. The streaming quality was crystal-clear with no interruptions and the stage design elevated the entire atmosphere of our event, making it feel polished and memorable.
The platform’s support team was proactive and highly responsive, ensuring every detail of our live execution went smoothly. Their expertise in both AV design and hybrid delivery made all the difference. Our conference attendees couldn't stop raving about OkWhen throughout our 4-day event!
