I registered a return on Olakala and they never respond
Hi,
I registered a return on Olakala and According to the PostNL tracking, my return arrived on the 5th of january.

They never responded to all my emails regarding when i can expect my refund. I'm still waiting on a response on their behalf, but they never respond! I returned a bomber thats over EUR200,- which is a lot of money for me!

I'm hoping to catch their attention via Trustpilot, since they never respond to any of my emails, which i send almost every day....

I ordered a pant during Black Friday
I ordered a pant during Black Friday, but unfortunately it was too big.
I therefore requested a return. After several emails, I managed to receive confirmation allowing me to send the product back.
However, it has now been several weeks since I returned the trouser and I still haven’t received any response, despite multiple emails and messages sent on Instagram.
We are talking about an amount of €130.
First and last purchase with them.

The clothing design and quality are good, but the customer service is not.
I ordered several items during Black Week. Delivery took around 3–4 weeks. I understand that for smaller brands, Black Week can be challenging — no problem there.
However, about two weeks after placing my order, I received an email saying that two items were out of stock and that I would be refunded. Annoying, but still acceptable.
When I noticed the same items were still available in other sizes, I asked to receive them one size larger instead of a refund.
The response was that the promotional price could not be applied retroactively. What kind of excuse is that? This was not a new order — simply a size adjustment for items they failed to fulfill. Of course the same Black Friday price could still be applied.
This shows a clear lack of customer care and flexibility. Very disappointing for a brand that constantly claims on social media how much they care about their brand, their customers, and their community.
I am returning the entire order and will not purchase from this brand again.

Package was sent back - Customer service said "bad luck" and didn't help at all
My package was just sent back by DHL without ever attempting to execute delivery. They never even put it in a delivery truck but just sent it back. Even though I messaged support regarding this and asked for them to send it out again, they simply said that they can't and I would have to buy the products again at the orginal price as opposed to the sale price I had paid before. Didn't even get a discount and the customer service employee simply said it's "Part of the game". For such a community based store I think this is just the wrong approach.
