I also wish i had read the reviews. These Callaway half zips are obvious fake. No where do they say they are a copy or that they are imported from China. They have a uk address but import direct from China.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would, Callaway 1/4 zip was total rubbish, crap fake, should have read the reviews first, eventually they offered me 40% refund,I wanted 100% as it says in the advert, please don't buy from Old London, total scam

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Ordered 'Callaway' zip sweaters. Goods were never Callaway in your life, made of thin felt you could put your finger through and to add insult to injury, one had an actual tear in the front. Selling absolute RUBBISH!

Old London is based in London . It would be fair to assume that what you buy is from the UK and that delivery should be in a reasonable time. Then you find out that your order is being shipped from China . This means it may arrive or it may not but what you can guarantee is if you get your package the delivery time can be measured in weeks not days !! I ordered on the 22/10 and I have been told that it will most likely be delivered early next week . I’m not confident. However , their customer service department is polite and prompt to reply.

Sold as a cotton top and it arrives as 100% polyester when I complained they say we can have a voucher but no refund as it was in the sale.
They have lied about the product so will try to take this further.

Wish I had looked at this site first rather than the fake Trustpilot reviews on Facebook.
this company is not based in London their Fake clothing takes weeks to come from China and the Callaway half zip jumper I bought turned out to be a thick Fleece.
if you want to return the item you have to send it tracked postage to India ( at least £13 )

Purchased a Callaway gillet, but unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size.
I contacted Old London regarding their returns policy, who were extremely helpful.
A new size was ordered, which I received 10 days later, as it was despatched from China. I was very pleased with the gillet.
The tracking app provided was extremely helpful.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Do not touch this company. Fake goods, shocking quality and arrived in terrible condition. Emailed company who responded straight away saying they would send details about return. 2 weeks later still waiting, they are ignoring my emails. £47 later I now have 2 extra gardening jumpers instead of golfing jumpers!! How are they getting away with it??

This company sells fake branded items. My order was over 2 weeks late, the wrong size, and in terrible condition. Support is a joke — robotic replies.

I decided to look into this further, OLD LONDON, linked to them, has overdue filings and faces strike-off. They are clearly trying to dodge old fines and refund obligations to customers. Now they’ve reappeared as Techfry Ltd using the same email — continuing the same scam.

Do not buy from these scammers. You’ll get fake products, awful service, and lose your money.

Stay away from this company. They’re not genuine products. Took 3 weeks to be delivered from China and was scagged. I bought a Callaway golf top for my dads 75th. Sizing incorrect too. Looked so genuine with the ‘Covent Garden’ based shop when actually it loos like they’re based out of a gym

Took 3/4 weeks delivery Of Callaway Gillette and 2nd time I wore it zip broke obviously not a London company, steer well clear!!

ordered and paid for a sweater 2 weeks ago and whilst I keep getting messages to say it is on the way, there is no way to track it and all the links have been blocked. I am not expecting to get the sweater and will ask my credit card company to refuse any more requests for payment. .Eventually arrived. More or less what I expected for £28 including delivery from China. Haven't even looked for inside labels. Their web site is blocked at my end so that's the end of that!!!!

Terrible !! Ordered 2 half zip call away jumpers , received 3 weeks later , from abroad , 100 %polyester obviously fake jumpers , X-Large more like medium .
Offered 25%refund or post items back at my own expense !

Three weeks after ordering parcel has still not arrived. No reply from helpline - feeling like cheap conjob to me. Will update once the item arrives

Ordered a Callaway Windbreaker, really excited to get the item and hit the golf course. I love the Callaway brand but this windbreaker, not so much. It took nearly a month to get to me... maybe don't put 5 working days on the website... or 8 working days because it certainly was not. I ordered a 4xl as all my clothing is 4xl, it arrived in shoddy packaging, creased because it was screwed up and shoved in a plastic bag and to top it all of it is more like a XL than a 4XL.

I have emailed them and waiting to get a response. I would not order of this site again and I really should have read these reviews before I made my purchase.

Package took 2 1/2 weeks to come, when it came the jacket was the wrong size and had so many loose threads on it i was worried 1 pull and the item would fall apart!!!

Exactly same as other reviews. Got a cheap polyester item with faulty zip obviously not Callaway. Had to pay £20 postage to send to India. (It came from China). Took 3 weeks!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Reviews on site obviously false.
Contacted Callaway but they have not responded!!

CON MEN - DO NOT USE. As with other users, 'heritage cotton' = cheapest polyester fleece. Full refund = return item to India (and then what?) But...keep the piece of rubbish and we will refund you 30%. I'll believe it when I see it. Fleece ok for gardening and a bargain at £5, daylight robbery at £28 ( or £21 if I get my 30% back)

I ordered two Calloway golf items, took ages to arrive and then were not genuine. Will be returning. Very poor.
