Very honest business you can't go wrong you will be happy with your purchase and service behind it

Very relaxed shopping experience, no pressure. We ordered a chair and it was received as expected. Only slight issue was upholstery work- lined pattern not well done on arms leave waved pattern.

I was sold a used couch. When it arrived the stitching was frayed and the guys delivering it said it was probably a factory defect. After they left I folded down the arm rest and it was filled with crumbs and water stains from drinks. What a joke. They righted there wrong and sent me a new couch and waived the delivery fee, but the fact that happened after spending almost $2000 is unacceptable

Willing to go the extra mile to try help you, when you think your down and out ! Very comfortable doing business there 😉

I love that the employees work as a team and don't stalk you for the sale, it makes the shopping experience more relaxing!

I am very happy with my purchase for the most part. However i am still waiting for a call from a salesperson at the Albany store regarding the delivery of the rest of my purchase. I was aware that the bed frame was in backorder and was told that I would be made aware if it would not be in with the mattress.
It still appears to be in transit from somewhere. I am appreciative of the loaner frame, I just would like some correspondence regarding the rest of the order.

Looking for a new mattress and recieved excellent help from the salesman using the body mapper which took the guess work out of what we needed. Delivery was great and seemless with wonderful service

Bought a recliner and could not work it , called customer service they gave me a date for 2 weeks later. Finally after much discussion they sent a tech out the next day. I don't know if I would purchase again at Old Brick.

OLD BRICK FURNITURE STORE was very easy to work with in finding the perfect lounge for our needs. It was necessary to order this item with the material of our choice,,also due to medical reasons on our part, we were not able to pick up the lounge for a period of time. This was OK with Old Brick.. However in reviewing the situation and the higher price we paid for this piece of furniture, I feel that free delivery should have been included in this transaction..

We purchased Southern Motion electric recliner chairs and an electric recliner sofa. My husband electronic recliner chair has been worked on twice since September 2016. It is still not right and each time we have to wait a month to be seen and another month for the part to come in and be installed. Old Brick sales people said it was a very good company. Personally I'm not so sure on that.

We've bought virtually all our furniture at Old Brick - bunk beds, full bedroom set, entertainment center, couch & love seat, mattress, etc. They don't sell junk and the prices are good.

If you want help, there's plenty of staff walking around, offering to help without being pushy. If you're just browsing, they'll leave you alone.

Old Brick has a good selection on bedroom furniture, mattresses, couches, and nice chairs. They have a modest selection of dining/kitchen tables & chairs, entertainment centers, end/coffee tables.

Great experience with no pressure from the time I walked in. If you just want to look around, you can; without anyone hovering or following you. Good quality and fair prices. We love our new furniture!

The store had a great selection of furniture. The salespeople were friendly and helpful, but did not hover which I really appreciated. The financing was awesome. I love my new bed and mattress.

Bought a new queen sleep sofa and leather recliner. We were particularly looking for one with the thicker mattress. The selection was excellent and Hank, the sales representative, was most helpful. He was always available for questions, but did allowed us to browse and make our selection. Old Brick had an excellent selection of material for the sofa cover and pillows, and we look forward to its delivery. The recliner was a floor model and has been delivered in perfect condition.

Just bought a queen sized bed, mattress and foundation. Mattress and foundation were delivered for "free". But if I wanted the bed delivered it would be over $100 . Pretty ridiculous!

Your staff is always friendly and I enjoy shopping there because I am not pressured and like the fact that I can shop without someone always on top of me. The only negative I have is that I bought a living room set and wanted to purchase the lamps that went with it so perfectly. I have searched so many sites and cannot find those lamps anywhere. They really did make the set whole.

Store is beautiful, Jeremy was knowledgeable and very helpful!
