Zero stars! Ordered trainers on Depop and days later they asked if was ok to post on Monday due to Royal Mail strikes or could refund. I said Monday was fine but they then cancelled my order and refunded me. what was the point in asking if they just refunded me anyway! Also Royal Mail was t on strike at that point. I then ordered via their website. After 5 business days (site says it should be posted within 5 business days by courier), I contacted them as I’d not received them and wanted to confirm if posted as I’d received no notification. They ignored my email and refunded me, again with no explanation. I went on the website and the trainers are now out of stock. So they probably didn’t even have them to sell in the first place but still had them for sale on various outlets! The time and money I’ve wasted and lack of communication is a disgrace. Especially me having to query and cancelling the week before Christmas. Do not trust this company.

I paid for the £8.99 guaranteed next day delivery option.

That was 5 days ago.

Still no sign of my trainers.

And no communication from them either acknowledging or explaining the day.

Very poor. Wouldn't recommend or use again

I ordered a pair of Nikes from Old Firm Boots a week before going on holiday. As I was going away for a week, I asked if it was possible to hold delivery for a week, and there was no problem!
