Do not use this company! It is a scam company. I bought 4 pairs of gents chino shorts medium size and what arrived would not even fit a child. The quality was also dreadful. I tried to get refund but to no avail despite the website saying 30 day free return or exchange policy. This was not the case. Please avoid this company!!! Scammers!

This company is a total scam. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. Ordered two items to try and they were horrible quality and fit, nothing like they were described. They have no label or brand name and took weeks to arrive from China. I requested a refund and was brushed off several times with increasing offers of partial refunds. I insisted that I needed a full refund, and they told me I would need to ship them back to China at my own expense, which would cost nearly as much as I had already spent. This differs from their stated return policy online. I asked them to adhere to their stated return policy and they would not.

At that point I was doubtful I would get any kind of refund from them even if I did accept their offer of 50% refund, so I filed a fraud claim on my credit card and got my money back.

This company are appalling. I ordered two, large linen shirts - I received two shirts after a very lengthy delay, one size large, the other much smaller, and neither of them were linen.
After many emails and, as my concern that the chances of getting the whole of my money back were slim, I accepted a 50% reduction. Like another reviewer, I was told that I would have to send the goods back at my expense to China.
What a dreadful experience. I order regularly, but not too often online, and this is the worst experience so far. Shame on them!

This site is a scam. All looks legit but they make their money through providing low quality/ cheap versions of what’s shown in the pictures and then not accepting returns. A supposed linen shirt is not linen but a faux version. Couldn’t return it - they say cost of returning the goods to Asia is too high - and eventually had to accept a 25% refund on a shirt my husband will never wear. They’ve kept 75% of my money for providing tat. A great way to make money if you don’t read this first

Stay away from this company at all cost. Sent the wrong item I returned it apparently at my expense and refused a refund. Do not use this company at all

This site is a scam!!! I hope I read first the review. I ordered a satin shirt does look good on the pictures but when I received it not only the size is wrong but the quality of the material is like a ribbon use for present. Horrible!! Then I contacted them the customer service they offering from 5% to 20% and refused for refund and return!! Giving excuses such as their warehouse in Asia is closed etc. when i checked the location of the return address clearly it’s only a small house. My lesson learned before buying anything online make sure to check the company review before ordering.

Ordered size 6 sandals received size 5 still trying to get a refund or replacement without success 50% refund offered when it was their fault and asked to return the sandals to China at my expense! Avoid at all costs

They say they are from Netherlands.But CHINA.Quality is AWFUL.Nothing like the pictures.Free refund.(NOT FREE.HAVE TO SEND IT TO CHINA.Been stuck in China customs 3 months.Got refund from my credit card.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Awful experience! This company is run by a group of fraudsters. Ordered some clothing and one of them did not fit. They refused to adhere to their terms and conditions, requiring an extortionate cost to me as the customer to return the product. When I disputed the charge with my bank, they provided false information. The other items that fit are of low quality and did not wash well. There is no care label in the garments, which must be non-compliant/illegal. Never buy from this online store!

SCAM!!!The worst online purchasing experience I have ever had. The worst products I have ever bought. A total SCAM.

Items not at all as described or pictured on the website - cheap and nasty products.
Contacted customer service who replied promptly but with the same rubbish as reported by others - warehousing in China, CO2 concerns, cheaper to keep and receive partial refund blah blah blah (I eventually got them up from '10% and keep the item' to 'full refund but shipping at my own expense' - all completely unacceptable for an item not as described).
My card company accepted my dispute and refunded me but Old Monarchy has had the gall to dispute the chargeback. They don't have a leg to stand on as I have all the photos and emails trail, but an utter scam.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

SCAM website. Daughter bought something after seeing them on TikTok. Boots arrived but completely different size to what was ordered (EU43 instead of 38). Requested refund and keep being fobbed off with offers to “reduce carbon emissions” and sell the item on herself. Been offered 30% refund to keep the item but this has not happened, nor is it likely to based on other’s experiences

PayPal refunded straight upon opened the case.

Same problems as everyone else. No order no refund. Don't waste your money. I have sent several emails. Tracking shows it in the near by distribution centre but has not moved for weeks. Poor poor service and refusal to refund for an order I never recieved.

Awful quality! Not well made. Website is a scam. Looks great on the website but what turns up eventually is cheap crap from china. Should not be allowed to trade!

They sent the wrong size shoes which were clearly not of the quality they claimed from the original price. You can't send back to NL, only China at your expense. They string you along until outside return window.
Please do not waste your money. I am gutted about the way I have been treated
ANY COMPANY that dies not allow you to leave a review on their site is clearly not trustworthy. I just wish I had read all these Trustpilot reviews before I purchased from these scumbags.

DO NOT BUY! - I am currently awaiting a refund and have had no luck contacting them. This is a scam company. The products are mis-described and nothing like they appear online. Avoid avoid avoid.

My advice is not to use this company, nothing more than a two bit company, lacking in intelligence and being customer focused. Be warned i have had the same problems as others.

This company is a scam. They say they offer quick and easy refunds but in fact they don’t! They offer you a partial refund as they say their warehouse is in China and it’s too expensive for them to return the parcels there. I at my own cost sent the parcel i wanted to return to China and I still have no refund! Avoid at all costs. I am getting in touch with trading standards

This company scammed my elderly mum, please don't order from them. They sent her a pair of shoes totally the wrong size (from China, not anywhere in the UK or Europe) but make it impossible to return them. They offer ridiculous refunds of 10% and 20% for completely useless items. You will lose your money so just avoid them to avoid getting scammed.
