My mother ordered an outfit from this website to wear to a wedding at the end of October. There is no way to track her order. It just keeps saying her order is being processed. It’s been a month. I went into customer service to cancel order and it can’t be canceled. An automated response pops up immediately (before I had even entered an order number) saying it can’t be canceled. I emailed their customer service and we’ve had no response. I wish we had seen these trust pilot reviews prior to ordering. My mother is now out nearly $600 and is left with no outfit as an option for this upcoming wedding. Do not order from this company! Total scam! Lovely website, beautiful products, but it’s a fake!

I bought an off the rack dress in a standard size, so it was not custom-made, and when I needed to return it, they only gave me 60% of the money back. The ability to leave reviews about this company is super locked down and I wish I had realized that before I placed the order. The dress I ordered was beautiful, but their business practices are dishonest.

Very poor quality, customer service and false promises. Don't ever buy from them. Order took almost 2 months to come which they refuse to cancel once I have been advised of these delays. Not as reliable as advertised on Insta and Internet.. Don't believe them and above all, please, don't buy anything from them. Reviews are here for guidance, please take them into account. If only I knew this website before to book.. Would have avoided me a headache !

Terrible service and promises not kept. they said I would receive a refund after I cancelled a credit card re-charge to save them money! Since then no response. Is there any Consumer protection for fraudulent traders such as this firm, supposedly based in Holland?

This company is just a web site. The clue is in the name, they collect your money and deliver nothing but AI generated email excuses for never delivering. I have been waiting since March 2025!

Absolute sharks - never buy anything from this completely unethical, untrustworthy organization. I ordered a pair of shoes on the 22nd of February and they still have not been delivered. It is now the 26th of June. I have been given multiple excuses, given different delivery dates but nothing materializes. Their custom service refuse to give you direct answers and often simply do not respond at all. I have asked them for a refund, based on their breach of contract, on numerous occasions and they simply ignore the request. Their service is shocking and they simply lie in the hope they will placate you. They take your money but don't provide the goods - in almost any circumstance that would be described as theft! Do not waste your money nor your time ordering from this bunch of conmen!

Appalling company. Never got the product I ordered and they kept my money. Criminals

This website is a scam. They promise you a product which they will NEVER deliver. It has been six months. They should be taken down with immediate effect.

Scam. Do not use. You will never receive your order and will get fobbed off blaming warehouse issues. They even have the audacity to offer you a discount for your troubles!!! Every reply is scripted and full of lies. Total scam. They need taking down.

Warning! This is not a real company they are thieving and pretending to be another company! I’ve reported them already! Ordered from these clowns over 3 months ago haven’t heard a peep. Do not use them!

This is a fraud and a scam!!! Read all the reviews you will know. You place the order and they lie again and again. And they keep saying the same that the shipping company has an issue and unfortunately you can’t get a refund. Your order will never get delivered. It’s a scam but I know what to do to block their website legally.

This company is a scam. I placed an order on the 27h February and have never received my items. Despite several emails from customer service stating that there was an issue with their warehouse and items would be delivered soon. Please avoid this company!! There was never any intention of sending goods that I have paid for.

I wish it was possible to give give negative stars as 1 star is far to generous for what is clearly a scam company.

Wouldn’t waste your time, money or effort with this crowd.

But if you do, rest assured that you will never receive your order, you will never get a refund, and you will never get a meaningful or straight answer from the company as to why this occurred.

If I can give negative stars that’s what I will give them. Placed orders for shoes more than a month ago. No tracking available, some new excuse everytime and not ready to refund. DO NOT ORDER from these SCAMMERS. I wish I would have read negative reviews before ordering.

Complete scam company, haven't received tracking information about an order I placed on February 9th and their emails are trying to deflect and not refund me. A lot of people are having the same problem and it will get worse as they advertise heavily on social media and google. I have lodged a complaint with the Netherlands authority for consumers and markets and would advise everyone else who has been scammed by them to do the same to shut them down. I strongly advise against purchasing from this website! The images and high Trust Pilot reviews are misleading. I ordered shoes for my dad for my wedding weeks ago, and they still haven't shipped them. They rarely respond to emails, and when they do, it’s just to say they’re investigating the issue. I ended up having to request a refund from my bank. I’m astonished that this company is still allowed to operate online and cause such distress to customers. Please avoid them at all costs!

I’m actually disgusted in the way I was treated by this company, I should have listened to the other reviewers. Customer service team don’t have a clue and can’t give straight answers, everything they say is a lie or rehearsed to avoid answering any uncomfortable questions regarding the status of your order . Say they will personally chase your order up and then don’t hear from them. I had to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back from them as they refused to give me a refund after not shipping my item I ordered over 2 weeks ago. I don’t actually believe they are a legitimate clothes store, or sell anything, it’s all a one big scam.
