Hotel was ok for the price

Hotel was ok for the price. When we booked in I asked about late checkout and was told we could checkout at 12 instead of 11. Next morning the same person was knocking on our door at 11.25 telling us we should be out the room. Fair enough he made a mistake but I was ball deep in my girlfriend at the time and he completely ruined the moment. Happy bloody valentines. Oh and the shower didn’t work and the bath was blocked

A most pleasant stay

Stayed two nights in a deluxe room, very modern, clean and spacious. Had a continental breakfast each morning with a fresh cappuccino. I was very happy with my stay.

This hotel is horrifying

This hotel is horrifying!
The rooms are outdated and falling apart and if you look online the rooms look nothing like the pictures. I’m guessing they have one good room and they use pictures of that.

The guy on the desk even said the bar was poor and he would go some where else. Lol

It was clean, so I’ll go easy on the review. Lots more hotels at a better price nearby - the breakfast was worse than we could have imaged.

Don’t stay here, it’s a run down hovel and they should be ashamed at the pictures they try sell this place with online.

AVOID THIS HOTEL!

Looks it looks beautiful until you go through the doors once you go through the doors it’s full of homeless people that need rooms to stay and the rooms at the government give for illegal immigrants what a lovely looking hotel from the outside however inside it was awful kids screaming side rooms full of kids play stuff and junk very dirty it states there it’s a four star hotel I wouldn’t give it a one star hotel. I advise anybody to have a good look at the reviews before they book.

Staff on reception are nice

Staff on reception are nice, but had a funny feeling about this place when arrived, someone was washing their car in rhe carpark which I thought was strange, until realised that some people actually live here. When checked in they said they'd upgraded us to a room with air-conditioning as was hot out (so don't know what original room was like) room was spacious, but we found a damp towel on the chair, and the small shower gel ( that I'm assuming is complimentary for guests) had been opened and used as was all over the tube, like someone had just took a shower before our evening arrival. When my partner took it to reception and asked for another towel was told no large towels left so gave him 2 hand towels, from other reviews it seems towels are an issue. Kettle in room but not enough coffee, milk and only 1 teabag, had to nip shop for a jar of coffee and milk. Seemed to also have workmen lodging there, but that wasn't an issue. No food or drinks served here. Bed sheets weren't tucked in on one side which now makes me wonder if someone had had a nap as well as a shower. Thankfully it was a one night stay to go to Luton airport but I wouldn't stay here again, especially for the price they charge. Only stayed here due to not being able to get into a Premier inn.

I stayed in room 210 only one towel for 4 people! The smell of weed coming from the garden and curry smell in corridors and entrance. Screaming children through the night! The two single beds that are pushed together to make a double is pushed up to a door! Rubbish found down the side of the bed. Old mattresses that are way to thin. No chair or bed side tables. Exposed wiring on light fixtures. The hotel seems to be house immigrants which we should be told before booking I could go on! I have a child and should not be subjected to the smell of drugs!

Very helpful receptionist and nice clean room.

Within minutes of arriving in our room, we were disturbed by the noise of children running up and down the corridor. I spoke to the guy at reception who was extremely sympathetic and helpful and moved us to a quieter part of the hotel. So we were very happy! That said, I'm rather suspicious that this hotel is accommodating refugees/illegal migrants!

Stayed over last weekend following my son’s wedding at this hotel. Room superb, breakfast even better. Very friendly and accommodating staff and particularly Franco and his team who deserve a 10 star!
The wedding meal for 80 had plenty of food and served hot.
The outside garden area is well stocked with comfy furniture and an outside bar to cater for us all.
Would highly recommend as a wedding venue or just pop in for food and a drink reasonably price.
Thanks all

It was alright

Food was great and inexpensive. The only thing is the hotel had this strange elderly home smell about it that lingered in the common room and reception. All in all it’s quite a good stay I slept like a baby
