I have a bad feeling about this.

Disgusted and very upset.
I waited months after this news that I only saw from other dissatisfied collectors. The seller cut and run with my money after waiting almost 2 years since 2021 (I cant put the actual date on the review because I placed my order and trust with them so long ago the app doesn't let me go back.) for my order to arrive,lying as often as possible. Which hurt considering they claim to be of faith... I messaged often to which they lied about shipping delays. Even accounting for the legitimate delays hasbro had. 2 whole years with no order fulfilled.claiming multiple times it was still on the way. To make matters worse they put there page into maintenance mode for days on end after blocking me and not responding then they deleted there page and shut down oldrepubliccollectibles stealing from countless individuals who I've heard are now taking legal action in full swing.

I made a pretty big purchase from them online and was quite nervous since it was the first time I heard of this company. I am so glad I took the chance because they were amazing. Competitively priced, great service and fast turn around. I would buy again any day! - Kev

I had very little luck regarding the Star Wars vintage collection Walmart pre-orders. I had only received two from Walmart that were presentable, but was out of luck with Walmart’s shipping/packaging - completely mangled as most Walmart Star Wars pre-orders have been, and experienced by so many and was very disappointed.
I had only recently found out about Old Republic, recommendations from collectors on social media. I gave it a try with a Black Series Target elusive Antoc Merrick and received quite the minty figure, packaged very well and with such care. I browsed their site and after reading about the owners and their mission, it wasn’t a surprise to find they are collectors themselves.
After a minty Black Series Galen Erso arrived I went for the Walmart elusive Star Wars The Vintage Colletion Arc Trooper - very thankful they carry those elusive exclusives that can be so tough to track down. A few days later a minty Arc Trooper arrived and couldn’t have been more pleased.
If you should have any questions or concerns, Rachel and Philip are very helpful and quick to respond. If you are a minty collector, Old Republic is the place to look!

Philip and Rachel are two of the kindest people I’ve ever met. They will move mountains to help others and ensure they are happy. There is no company I want to support more for Star Wars collecting than ORC.

As far as customer service goes, its great and they are really nice people. However some products I've preordered over a year ago and still have yet to receive them. This is only with preorders so just wait till they have it in stock.

Honestly the most convenient place to buy collectibles! They provide the best customer service, and they guarantee minty product arrivals, so if your item doesn't come the way you want, then they'll provide a replacement. The best part is that they now get all retail exclusives, so you don't have to endure the hassle of getting exclusives from retailers that don't have smooth checkout processes or poor drop times and potentially missing out on a fan favorite. One of the very few places that provide collectibles for the retail price and guarantee minty arrivals. The website is super easy to navigate, and the owners are phenomenal people. Overall highly recommend them for all your collectible needs!

I've done business with Old Republic for the last few years and they're why I choose small business whenever I can. Simply put they just get it.

They care and are collectors themselves so they take the effort to carefully package your orders so that they show up in pristine condition. They also take the time to let you know the status of your order(s) and via social you're actually talking to the proprietors who are outstanding people running a great shop.

I recently made a purchase through Old Republic Collectibles during which I had some questions? Well, Rachel got back to me immediately and answered any and all questions that I may have had? I was very very pleased with not only the prices & products, but maybe even more so was the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE that I received!! Plus, the prompt fashion in which I received it. I'll definitely be ordering through these guys again!! FIVE STSRS ACROSSED THE BOARD!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Old republic collectibles had a few black series exclusives available for preorder. I was able to add them to my cart and it was a smooth fast transaction. I appreciate when smaller shops are able to get limited quantities of these exclusives. Thanks again. Looking forward to more.

Amazing shop great people and very good packaging

Good prices, excellent costumer service and really good shipping and packaging.

The ordering process was as smooth as can be, however the delivery was completely botched and totally out of Old Republic Collectibles control (blame USPS or my apartment neighbors). In the end, I never received my order as it was most likely taken before I even saw it. However their customer service was superb. Constant communication is something everyone wants out of CS and they delivered on that perfectly. If you have issues with your order, they can help. I would order again, but perhaps have it sent to a P.O. Box next time if possible.

I proceeded with the "Free Shipping" option - I really want to let my figures out of the box, so I don't care about packaging, etc.
However - they were very well boxed and arrived in VERY VERY good condition. Especially for the price!
Like I said, impressed.

I've ordered from them a few times and the items are always in the best shape. I've been able to put items on hold for funds issues. They have THE best customer service I've ever dealt with.
