The vast amount of spamming for more…
The vast amount of spamming for more bizness is frustrating to the consumer. I almost did not proceed with my initial purchase. I understand the reasons why, but it is very much akin to making an important phone call, and having to sit through a dozen menu choices that do not apply to me, only to have to provide information to a robot that can not help me, and then being dumped into a holding pattern and forced to listen to horrible canned music until a real person finally appears on the call and the call is disconnected. Yep, that is how it feels when you are forced feeding customers so many options with "but wait..." and if they are not paying attention, are charged $249.00 for a purchase they anticipated to be $27.99. So I did not find the overall experience to be plesant.
