What I order was nor what I got, I don't like the shower Mudd you send. Have no money to order more now. 😕

Makes my skin silky

While I love this product, the service on this purchase was rather terrible. I ordered multiple oil cans, which were pretty much thrown in a box and shipped. By the time they arrived, they were horribly damaged. Had this been for me personally, it wouldn't be a problem. But they were ordered as gifts. Contacted the company directly regarding the issue and got no response. Really a terrible experience. I doubt I'll order from them again unless it's a personal purchase. To spend hundreds of dollars on gifts that can't be used is not something I am ok with.

I ordered two items, aftershave balm and pre-shave toner, and when the shipment arrived pre-shave toner bottle was empty. I sent an email to customer service and received a snarky reply, saying they could not see how that possibly could’ve happened and I could be credited on my next order instead of receiving either an immediate credit or agreeing to ship a new bottle to complete the order. I then sent a picture of the empty bottle along with the box that came in and the invoice indicating that reply was not acceptable. I heard nothing in return.

I absolutely love the products I've ordered from Olea. I live in the NE of the USA and their Deep Face Moisturizer and Rehabilitation Skin Cream are must haves for the fall and winter season. Since using those on my face, my usual winter skin (white flakes) is a thing of the past. Their foot cream is also great after a night shower. I try to stock up every year!

At first after using the shampoo, I felt like my hair remained oily. After using a larger amount, the problem was fixed. My hair felt very soft afterwards, I didn’t feel the need for conditioner. However it is quite expensive and because it doesn’t really foam up, I felt like I needed to use a large quantity in order to really get to my entire scalp.
