Told me to use the app to order. Placed the order and my bank account was immediately debited. The food didn't arrive. I asked and some woman appeared telling me that I hadn't ordered anything. I showed her the debit payment, she refused to bring me the food ordered or refund me my €12.50. The staff then got aggressive so I left.
Pure theft.

Poor quality food served cold to Luke warm. Burgers & fries lukewarm. Nachos were a plate of cold nacho chips with 3 very small plastic cups of salsa, sour cream & guacamole. No cheese or other dressing on. Very disappointing as cost £108.22 for 3 burgers & fries, nacho meal & 3 drinks. Staff did not bother to check if we were happy with food and had to pre pay via the QR /app ordering
Classic chicken burger cost 185dkk ! . The taste is absolutely wrong and I couldnt finish it. My brother order giant burger and he said that the burger was probably from microwave. Never come back here, is expensive and terrible.

Their prices are not inclusive of taxes. So their happy hour is basically almost given back to them with taxes.
Only place in the UAE that doesn’t mention taxes will be added on.
Usually restaurant/bars have taxes included.

This restaurant in Bergen airport serve good food but when you order the food and drinks by scan the bar code order and asked for a receipt by txt you doesn't get anything!
If you need a receipt order manually!!
Scammed in Kristiine Olearys by their electronic menu. I had a gift coupon and it just redeemed itself without giving me my order, because the app did not have clear instructions on how to leave a message for kitchen.
Incredible expensive food and beer for the amount I actually got. I know food Is expensive in airports but this was just insane.
However the food arrived pretty fast, but l guess it should take long to cook the amount of food I got
Horrible. Sat for more than an hour waiting. Had to inform the staff myself of the fact they are incapable of bringing food to my table. Add to that, that every other restaurant closes at 20.... Stuck with pizza again... Finally, they were incapable of producing my receipt.
Tuesday 18th of July 2022. Update: wrote an email today to the general manager. Will update once the case progresses.
O'Leary's, I invite you to have an open dialogue here on trust pilot. That may inspire confidence and portrait some integrity towards other people.
Update 20/07/2022:
Had an email conversation with some middle mgtm individual who was sincere and took my grievance seriously. They required me to provide further details regarding the credit card used and promised to refund me.
This conversation took place the 18th. And I still have not been refunded.
While I appreciate the fact that so far they own the issue, the very fact that I am still spending my life having to follow up just paints a very bleak picture on the future of such a restaurant.
Will update once anything new occurs.

Refund received. I appreciate that O'Leary's performed the refund. Case closed.
Poor Value for money. Stay away. Didn’t think would be possible to male such louzy fish and chips. Taste was Old drible oil.
Thieving employee at O'Leary's restaurant in Copenhagen Airport. Mistakenly left my iPad to catch my flight after having had some food. Called the restaurant the following day from the UK and was told it was there. Got mucked about as the person I spoke to gave me a fake e-mail address but eventually got contact by e-mail. I offered to pay for courier service but the employee said he was going to Edinburgh for a short visit and would leave my iPad at Edinburgh airport for me to collect. He's been and gone and Edinburgh airport have no knowledge of it being left there. I tried contacting him again but not replying to my e-mails.
Thanks very much you thief for mucking me about and making it impossible for me now to try and claim on my holiday insurance. If anyone wants to know the name of the employee then let me know.
I can only use one word to describe the food at this place and it is NOT hit, precooked food reheated is just not good enough for a burger to over 20£..... s.h.i.t
