Having purchased some strip lights from the company I decided to buy som more of the same as I was very pleased with the product. Unfortunately I could not find this again on the company's website (which I think could be better) & therefore decided to telephone.I spoke with a young lady named Jay. Most helpful & dealt with my order with no problem as indeed she did when I later went back with a third order. On each occasion my order was delivered within two days & everything was fine . Many thanks to Jay for her most efficient & pleasant help.

prompt delivery, nice item
prompt delivery, haven't installed the light fittings yet but not expecting any issues.
Quick update on installation, the wires for light only extend around 200mm from the end whereas the ones in the florescent tube it replaced were in the middle and with the fittings sitting close to the ceiling I needed to solder extensions onto the wires to be able to connect up.
Once installed they give of a nice warm light and look more stylish than the ones they replaced.
