Almost a week now since I ordered from…
Almost a week now since I ordered from this company. Received and email on Tuesday to say item had been dispatched and a link for tracking will be sent to follow its path. It’s now Sunday, six days since email and still no hint of tracking link or item itself. If I’d known the service was going to be this bad I would have bought if of Amazon who where guaranteeing a 48 hrs delivery. This company needs to take a serious look at its public relations. Totally unsatisfactory situation.
