After working for over a decade in representing clients facing criminal prosecution, Attorney Jared Olen decided he wanted to open a law firm focused on his passion for representing clients. Jared gained invaluable experience working in both government and private practice, being mentored by some of the most well-respected criminal defense lawyers in the country. As a deputy public defender, Jared was exposed to the entire gambit of criminal offenses and thousands up on thousands of clients from all walks of life. To ensure that all of his clients received representation at the standards he holds himself to, Jared founded The Olen Firm, P.C., in 2022, and the firm was incorporated in 2023. Since then, the firm has represented numerous clients across diverse areas of law such as criminal defense, juvenile delinquency defense, restraining orders, and other assorted matters. Jared’s philosophy in representing criminal defense clients has always been to provide each and every person with the highest-quality representation no matter how serious or difficult the case. Here at The Olen Firm, P.C., we strongly believe that every client deserves the strongest, most effective defense to their criminal case. While the United States Constitution says that all defendants are presumed innocent, sadly, the system does not always work that way.
