Beautiful clothes that were delivered quickly!

Everything went great and I love what I ordered. The time it takes to get your is long. I did have problem with my order. I ordered large but received small. I think part of the mix up was my fault but when I contacted you it was taken care quickly. Your response time is excellent.

If the clothes don't fit, can't get a full refund. They don't want me to send back and get refund. I guess it's because they're in China. First they asked if $14 refund would be acceptable. I spent $93 on 2 dresses that don't fit. I told them give me $45, the price of one dress, and they have agreed to do so.

Easy to order and it arrived quickly. It's lightweight and pretty! It's the 2nd item I've ordered from Olgora and I'm very pleased with both. The weather is too cool out to wear the dress but I know I'll love it when summer weather arrives.

The quality perfect!! But delivery was too long!

I think I had remembered that the company was in the US down south so thought it would be a quick order. It ended up being just under a month. I was worried it was a scam but relieved it wasn't.

Items were protected in ziplock bags & were nice. Normally I choose XL but went with Large based on sizes listed. One of the sweaters I wished were larger bc I like longer waisted items but will be great to wear with jeans.

I purchased 2 sweaters and they of high quality and true to size. I have had many compliments and will continue to go to Olgora website for new finds!

First of all I want to start of by saying that I am not disappointed with the quality of merchandise I received. Unfortunately I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. The customer service was so quick to rectify my mistake and resent the size I should have ordered before receiving my return.
I highly recommend this company for not just the quality of their merchandise but also by the quality of there customer service team. I will definitely without hesitation order more from Olgora

I didn't expect to actually get my item, but I did! The sweater is great, it is soft and the color is beautiful. Size fits as expected.

Delivered promptly, packaged nicely - LOVE the iem!

Subpar quality. Sweaters are missing basic clothing tags. You don't know what they are made of: is it cotton, is it polyester? They smell really bad so I didn't even put them on. Asked for a return and instead received five emails offering steep discounts just so I keep them. Very frustrating experience.

I gave a three star rating only because of the delivery and communications. The quality of the clothing I would give a 5 star rating. I was pleasantly surprised with how well made the clothing was. The delivery took over a month and the communications were very vague, so I think these two areas could be improved upon. Hence why I gave a 3 star rating. Would I order again, yes, but with an understanding the delivery may be longer than a few weeks.

Got here faster than I thought it would. Loved the sweaters not so crazy about the material used in the dresses but like the style. Overall not a bad purchase especially for the price. Sizes do run a slightly smaller than American sizing
