Thank you for your feedback, your parcel was delivered within 5 working days, though damaged in transit this was not reported for a further 48hrs from which a replacement was sent out within 24hrs of the reported damaged parcel

Large outdoor mirror .unpacked it and…

Large outdoor mirror .unpacked it and it was completely broken in to pieces. It even had an extra cardboard piece around it with a picture of a table on it! Refund given but I was left with glass all over my hall to clear. Also no alternative as sold out. Would not use again..disappointing.

Product is great and was delivered on…

Product is great and was delivered on the day as requested. There was however some issues with the delivery as it was delivered to the wrong address (around the corner) despite the address label being correct. The package was also left outside of said wrong address when it was raining which resulted in damage to the packaging to such a degree that it came apart. There was no confirmation that the package had been delivered and I was only made aware when the person from the wrong address dropped the package off after lifting into his own vehicle. The product is great but really disappointed that a £200 table was just left outside someone drive where anybody could have taken it.
