bad customer service!
well I have heard quiet nice feedback and comments about Olinico, so I decided to go.
when arrived there, there was a queue outside. there was one free table also outside, I did not know i could take it, or if there was some kind of queue system. but one persone behind took the table so i guessed there was no queue system. so i waited until i got inside and i decided to take the first empty table. at my surprise the girl working there came and asked me to leave the table to another person because he was before me in the queue, so i told her that there was someone who took the table and he was behind my in the queue. Her response was just "oh sorry."
i said ok it is fine, i would like to order this and that, she said is it for take away or you want to eat here? i said well i would like to eat here, she said then you cannot order until a table get free, and that can take between 1 minute and 30 min, so i said oh i get a take away then. then when i just paid, 1 minute after a table was free so i said, oh i will take that one, she said, sorry you ordered a take away. and you are not allowed to eat takeway here.
I said euh why not, the only difference is the plate material: the one for take away is in plastic, the other is a normal plate. I said but that makes no sense, and my order is just made you can just ask inform them that it is "to be eaten in here and not for take away" she said sorry thats the rules we cannot change the nature of the order. the only option is to order another plate, and you say it is to eat her, and still you are not to eat the take away plate in here!!
i was sitting at a table outside waiting for my order, iand it was about 30 min, when i took my order i wanted to check if the order is fine, and it was not, it was burned, oily very very oily and faty, it was disgusting, while i was examining my order, the girl came and said you cannot eat here! please leave the table, i said i was first i was sitting in this table for the past 30 min, and now you say i need to leave the table, she said well thats stupid of you to take a table while waiting, i said but if im going to order another plate to be eaten here, she said then it is ok, but still you cannot eat the take away plate in here.
i said thats very rude to treat by stupid, and thats not nice for a customer to experience such rudeness i was trying to explain to her, she said thats the rules i know it s a bit irritating but how are things, i said can talk to the manager she said, he is not here, and he wont change his mind anyway, that how it is and that the rules, now please leave the table.
i said im gonna order a new plate, and i made a new order, so she was hesitating before goign because she wanted to check if i was going to eat my take away dish or not.
it was very rude! very stupid! and plus it was not even worth it!!
The quality of the food is horrible!
i do not recommend it at all!
and i suggest to Olinico, to review their rules, and specially educate their rude stuff!
