I ordered a pair of ON Cloud shoes on November 12th and my $59.96 went through my account but I never had an email or anything from them and I was really concerned. I looked up to see if they were a legitimate company and saw so many things saying they were a scam. I disputed the charge with my bank. Don't order anything from them!!

I reached out via email to get a ship date. It's been over a week since my order and no news, no updates. The phone number listed under contacts is useless as no one is picking up the phone regardless of the time. I have disputed the charges via PayPal.
