The delivery was surprisingly/unexpectedly quick. The deal that I got was 25% cheaper than everywhere else. Doesn't apply to all items in their stock, naturally, guess I got lucky once in a while.

Bad processing and shipping experience
Bad processing and shipping experience. On October 11, I placed an order and it was only shipped on October 25. That is, 2 weeks later. Now on the 29th he left from Oliund but has been stuck in Milan for 4 days. Estimated delivery is on November 1st... This between EU countries. I'm sorry to say, but the Chinese are more serious, and the parcels arrive faster.

Good service, bad delivery service
While the product and costumer service were correct, the delivery (with UPS) was very inconvenient (which is not unusual with UPS). I know it is not the seller's fault, but I don't think I will purchase anything else from them if they only offer UPS as the delivery company. It is just worth the hassle :/

Perfect service to the UK and no cutoms dutys
UK: I hadn't ordered from them before, but saw a comment on here saying a UK user had paid customs duty on a parcel from them (followed by a comment from Oliunid apologising and saying they'd rectified their processes).
I emailed Oliunid to check I definitely wouldn't receive customs charges, and they confirmed this AND said they'd re-imburse if I did.
I ordered a set of La Sportiva TX4s at a great price (free postage due to value) and 5 days later (despite them being in Italy) it arrived on my door with no extra charges.
EXTREMELY impressed, I've yet to find a consistant European outdoor equipment supplier since Brexit :-( but it looks like Oliunid could be it!

Great prices, customer service, and delivery
It’s the first time I’ve used Oliunìd, and I’m very happy with the customer service following my purchases. I was kept informed via email throughout the process, and my package was delivered to me in Japan in just a week. All my items arrived exactly as described in the product specifications. A bad start but hopefully resolved
Similar to other UK customers, the day before delivery I was notified by UPS of 'fees and taxes' at 43% of the order value (£60.68!!) for a pair of shoes. Very frustrating initial phone call with Oliunid customer service, trying to say they explain their conditions clearly (they do not) and would not refund the UPS charge if I paid it. I told them I would not pay, refuse the UPS delivery and they said I would have to wait ~ 2 weeks for a refund.
Oliunid did get back in contact later via email to say that they made a mistake and that charges to UK customers are supposed to be paid. So I paid the UPS charge and they have refunded that. I look forward to receiving the shoes now...
