Just wanted to touch bases on our courtesy telephone video appointment..  I just wanted to say .. you will feel how you will feel .. being human.. but for me it’s the principle of the turn of events .. never would I have ever thought .. you of all people would lack the  integrity of intelligence on purpose.. in fact .. I am not saying any of these things out of malice .. as I stated in our conversation.. anytime I have given a review about Jovive or Olive health care .. I have NEVER FELT .. in writing ..  that I have ever gave those reviews because I had to .. I freely gave those things because that’s what you all as a whole .. provided me with .. with that being said .. you Doctor Khalid .. mentioned to me .. and reiterated that the only time you have only saw me. Is one time .. since it’s been olive health care as if that has anything to do with .. what you have done for me 4x giving me refills as a courtesy.. which was more than understood .. and  was more than appreciated in terms of logic aka laymen terms .. and when I explained my concerns.. you kept pulling me back to the fact that you and your practice as a whole..   Has refilled my prescriptions .. 4 x without bloodwork .. and even though I am grateful.. at what point does it become hazardous to a patients health rather then being a courtesy.. and furthermore.. why would I .. the patient become a liability to your office and why would your office of all things .. become retaliatory.. when I ask or exercise my rights .. also .. the last time you said I was in your office .. though at that time I didn’t think anything of it .. at that time I was a cash paying customer .. because my insurance no longer would cover the new services .of Olive health care .. which you now own . so I went through all of the steps I needed to do .. to be established and to be compliant per our telephone visit today .. April 8th 2025 as you detailed in our conversation.. even as a cash patient .. because I believed in you and your practices .. regardless of .. race . Religion or creed .. why am I bringing this up.. cause I can bookmark this moment .. with what I’m about to tell you .. and this is just for you to do with what you will please with this truth .. whether this makes a difference or not .. you and only you can care enough to know what I’m saying is true .. or find a discrepancy.. either way .. when you said the last time I was in your office . by your own admissions ..if you care enough to investigate what I’m saying .. cool .. and if not cool too .. but before I leave you with this .. .. the last time I was in your office .. I sat next to a beautiful woman who happened to be of Indian decent.. and I went on to tell her how much I LOVED doctor Khalid.. with confidence and how much I loved her so much that I didn’t care how long I have to wait .. it’s worth it .. and also .. that I was so loyal for the services she has giving me .. that even now .. when my insurance ran out . also after I had a stroke .. I decided to be a paying customer .. at that moment  .. the lady told me .. and of course I can’t prove it .. but I know what’s understood.. doesn’t need to be explained .. she told me .. since it was switching over .. how delightful she was.. because even though  .. you didn’t take her insurance .. you would still see her even .. without being a paying customer.. I was so happy for her ., never did I ever question your loyalty doctor Khalid .. until I explained to you what happened to me with your office manager .. but facts.. if you think I’m lying or you care to do an AUDIT .. which would show that the last day I was in your office ..it would also show
.. she was there that very day I was seen by YOU .. so all they or you would have to do   .. is pull up all the reports of my last visit and patients in the office that day and if ANY OF THOSE factors are true .. all one would have to do is connect those dots .. or not . but moral of this story .. whether you admit it or not .. your moral compass would know if it true or not .. and understand .. I get it .. if that’s what you chose to acknowledge .. but understand between what you are willin to admit .. a lie is a lie no matter how many people believe it.. and the truth is still the truth even if no one does ..just understand that for me .. it was never about your race  or your religion or beliefs.. I instilled trust into you ., and I guess at the of end of the day .. you know how to separate the two .. and I was the last to be privy to it .. .. it never mattered ..about my loyalty.. I was not apart of that club that I didn’t know existed until now .. with that being said . I truly wish you the best .. and thank you for everything you have done .. you are very much appreciated.. and please let all of your staff know .. I appreciate all of their exceptional support.. minus Gwen the office manger that you stood behind regardless .. 🎬

No shipping and zero communication. This company is a total ripoff. They just take your money and that’s all they do. And no answers whatsoever to inquiries too! Horrible and expensive experience. They just take your money and give you absolutely nothing in return.

Easy accurate fat measurement

Quick delivery to Germany! Bello2 was easy to setup, and provides consistent data, which is very realistic (compared to data from BIA and ultrasound). It has the big advantage over other methods that it is independent of the time, when you take the measurements, independent of food intake, water etc., and still easy to use.

Can’t even log into the app

I just received my Bello 2 and cannot even log in to the app. I am getting an error message saying my email address does not match their records. What? I just provided my email address.. how can it not match your record?

I wish you had of indicate that there…

I wish you had of indicate that there would have been customs at the delivery end. Was not thoroughly impressed that i had to add another 42.00 in custom changes uppn delivery

please add this information to the checkout point.

Amber light issue resolved but took time

The customer service was great. Each response would take a day which is not bad. I gave it a 4/5 because initially I tried to contact them via website, after 2-4 days of waiting I decided to manually type their email address in my gmail account. Soon after, I got a response. In other words, typing their email address in my gmail account is timely response while customer inquiry via wesbite wasn’t.

My device issue was that it wouldn’t scan. I think it was my fault for not charging it full. I think that should be in the short instructions card. Anyway, when they reached me, they advised me to stop charging it and let the battery drain which would take 4 days. I was lucky it took a day, and after charging it, I can scan again for the 4th time. They give great information and instructions through email and they always follow up.

My Bello 2 arrived over a week ago…. Bello app does not allow me to fully register ,,I have used different email addresses, including my google and apple account … nothing works!! I have seeked help from the Bello team via multiple emails …. No Resolution as of April 6 … without full registration and functional bello app the Bello2 instrument is completely useless and if not resolved within few days I want my 249 dollars back into my account
