I ordered several pieces for my 60th bday and each piece is more beautiful than the next, really solid and well crafted, bravo!!!!

Have now ordered earrings, bracelet and hair pin from Olive & Piper and all the pieces are stunning! Cannot wait to wear them at my wedding.
Also their customer service is amazing! I placed and order and they had a 20% sale 2 days later. The company honoured the sale and sent me a refund for the difference. Amazing service!!!! Will tell all my friends & family to order from Olive & Piper ♡

I have purchased O&P earrings for a quite a number of years. I love that they continue to come up with new styles and have refreshed their offerings each season. I have grown to particularly like their demi-fine collection for day to day wear. Knowing that they are a local, women run business has led me to continue to purchase their earrings. Recently I contacted their customer service and they went above and beyond to not only answer my question but also provide recommendations on earrings similar to the ones I wanted to replace. I appreciate that they value their customers and stand by their products.

I am getting married and ordered 2 pairs of earrings and 2 necklaces. 3 of the four items that arrived were defective and the fourth was dollar store quality. For example, the pearl earrings that I bought were made so that the dangly bit hung in the opposite direction it was supposed to. For the two necklaces, the rhinestones were badly attached to the sockets (either crooked or not enough) thus leaving visible gaps. When I reached out to customer service, they initially wanted to make me pay for the return shipping of their defective items? In addition the customer service rep only offered me a 10% discount code on my next purchase to rectify the situation? I wasn’t impressed.

Olive and piper is reasonable priced and great quality. I'm wearing a non traditional wedding dress so finding jewlery to match was difficult, but I found the perfect pieces for me, my bridesmaids, and gifts for mom. Any issues I had were quickly taken care of by customer support, not something I can say for a lot of brands.

The bracelets I received were high quality, exactly what I hoped for my bridesmaid's wedding jewelry! While I did decide to make a return because the bangles I purchased were slightly small/tight on the wrist for a few of my bridesmaids, the Customer Success team was quick to reply and answer my questions and successfully helped me to set up my return. I will definitely be shopping with them again.. in fact, I plan to still buy earrings for myself to wear on my wedding day!

Wow, is all I can say. Truly blown away by these stunning earrings. I had an issue with a bead falling off and the matter was delt within a few hours. Easy correspondence, I will definitely order again. Such a great company and great quality. Beautiful.

They heard our my concerns and swiftly replaced them and helped me learn how to properly take care of my earrings. I will 100% be shipping here again. There was a delay in my order and the customer service team at Olive & Piper jumped into action! I was delighted to receive a response from an actual human that continuously and thoroughly followed-up on my matter throughout the process, even checking in to make sure my order was delivered and to my satisfaction. They even went out of their way to confirm my order before my upcoming wedding. I was a fan of this company before, but an even deeper one now!

I had signed up for the Olive and Piper website as I wanted to order all of my bridesmaids gifts for the wedding.

After everyone chose what they wanted, some items were very popular and out of stock. Once they became back in stock, I attempted to place my order but unfortunately my 10% coupon for joining the mailing list had expired.

I reached out to customer service asking for them to provide me a discount code within a timely manner to ensure that my items were still in stock.

I spoke with Katherine through email. She was not only helpful but she went above and beyond to ensure I got an awesome discount code and was very prompt about it. Katherine was very helpful and got me everything I needed within 15 minutes.
