I ordered a package of blood test at home for my 5 year old son. The nurse Bulent Kaplan arrived in time and did the job really quick and professionally. The receptionist also provided all the information I need and booked the test the day after I contacted them.
Brilliant service. From the lady who booked my appointment on the phone, to the receptionist at the clinic, to the HCA in a green top (forgot her name!) who took my sample, the staff members were friendly and helpful. And they take AMEX so that's great! I was expecting my RAPID report by 3am but it was with me around 11pm, that's 4 hours earlier! Will use again for sure!
I booked PCR-Test with "Same day result" paid the whole fees + fees to get a signed Fit to Fly certificate.
Two things happened at the clinic that put me off:
- They said they only accept cash, which made me feel like the whole thing is a bit doggy.
- The phone was ringing and the receptionist isn't picking it up for more than 10 minutes!
And while the lab results arrived in the same day (test sample taken at the clinic at 11:05 AM, result arrived at my email at 10:58PM) the Fit to Fly certificate didn't arrive.
I emailed them, no responses; calling them, no surprise, no response!
It took over an hour of trying to call them to get some response; but once they responded they sent the certificate by email in the next 10 minutes.
The take away is, don't really count on the "same day results" and book your test at least two days before the departure time to have some space for such delays
