Great customer service, beautiful products

First of all amazing customer service, very helpful and quick responses, very friendly. The delivery time was ok. I ordered a necklace and it's just like on the product pictures, I love it. One of the items I ordered was not available anymore and the customer service reached out to me and offered a refund or I could choose another product. Has been weeks and no delivery

Has been weeks and no delivery. No correspondence. Tried to track my order today and entire page has been removed from existence. Tried to email but of course to no avail. Im guessing at this point I just threw my money down the drain for a giant box of ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Dont know where to report this or if it even matters. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Amazing dream catchers i’m in love with

I ordered two dream catchers and they are divine and beautifully crafted. the feathers are dipped in gold and the stones are stunning … it did take a while to arrive which i was annoyed with the couriers but worth the wait. It’s not overly huge and very petite which is how i like it - it’s the size of your hand. Just perfect next to my bed.

Still waiting for my stuff to ship

I ordered & paid over $125 for crystals, stones, and one of their pyramids. That was like 10 days ago. A few days back, I emailed asking when I'd see that my order was shipped. I got a very prompt (!) reply:

Dear customer,
Thanks for your contact.
The period for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 1-7 Working Days.
Shipping time: 7-20 Working Days.
We could not give you a specific arrival time because it depends on the carrier, shipping distance and location.
Therefore, we could only provide you with an estimated arrival time: 7-20 days from the date of shipment.
And we will ship your order asap.

A positive experience with customer service!

I’m writing from Italy.

I placed an order on the website because I was drawn to the products and, above all, to the symbolic meaning of the stones used.
During the ordering process, one of the items turned out to be unavailable. Customer service contacted me quickly, offered several alternatives and also included a small complimentary gift to make up for the inconvenience. For this reason, I find it hard to relate to the idea of an unhelpful customer service or one that ignores its customers, as mentioned in some reviews.
Of course, every experience is personal, and I don’t question anyone else’s. I’m simply sharing mine, which was genuinely very positive.
In my opinion, the products fall into the category of high quality costume jewelry. This is not a jewelry brand that promises luxury or traditional excellence, but meaning and symbolism, and this is communicated very clearly throughout the website. Materials and measurements are listed transparently and are easy to understand if you pay attention to the descriptions.
Overall, my experience was very satisfying, and I would happily consider purchasing again in the future.

Shipping will take very long.

I ordered a moissanite ring knowing it wasn’t real for the price I wasn’t really worried about it. I ordered it December 27. I did in fact unlike everyone else receive a order confirmation waited a few days and nothing happened I downloaded multiple apps to track it even paid to track it and to this day January 10 the shipping label has been created and is in London apparently by the Gordon Ramsey restaurant it’s been there for a while. so people reading this your not gonna get a crazy good product for this price I haven’t even received mine which I am in another country the US but I’ve had stuff from temu ship out faster than this just know when you order from this company know that it will take forever to arrive. Know your not getting the product you want or think your getting although I liked it I wanted to get it for my gf and I thought if looked alr so I ordered it.olivenorma if you want better reviews update the Shipping speed a little bit start charging for faster shipping if I want it as a Christmas gift I would have to order it 1 month in advance in order to Mabe receive it on time. This company is a complete scam

Update:

Beware‼️ Company is a complete scam. Sent junk ‘Chinese toys’ in place of crystal items I purchased.
THEN it has been uncovered that they manipulated tracking on Track17 to appear as if items had come from a location other than what was provided by customer support when I inquired about shipping that was delayed by a month from anticipated delivery date upon purchase.

This company is a complete scam. I placed an order in November stated to be received well before Christmas based upon production and shipping stated on website. I received the order on January 8th with only excuses from ‘Customer Service’ as to why the delay. To make matters significantly worse, I had ordered crystal products as a gift but what arrived was ‘metal wire puzzles’. Don’t bother asking what that might mean because I have no idea what they are.

SCAM!

This company is such a scam. I placed my Christmas order (OND01766741) on 12/10/25 and it supposedly shipped on 12/15/25... FROM CHINA using a shipping company named JS. The tracking link they provided showed my order was received at JFK in NY City on 12/24/25. Since I live in NY State, I figured it would be delivered soon. On 1/3/26 I received an email asking me to provide a review of their product, only i hasn't received it yet. I emailed customer service and they told me shipping takes 7-20 days and that my order was "making is journey to me". After still not receiving my order, on 1/7/26 the tracking status said they had no record of my shipping number. Reached out to customer service AGAIN and they miraculously provided another link with a status that showed my order was now in Texas! I emailed customer service again with my frustration and letting them know that I knew this was a scam, that I am reporting them and wanted a full refund. They replied and offered me a measly 10% refund, such an insult! Additionally in the same response they told me my order is now with USPS but conveniently neglected to provide a tracking number. Pretty sketchy if you ask me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Not vintage or Australian

I ordered "vintage" earrings and a necklace. Both are pretty, but are as vintage as a newly laid egg. The white metal is most definitely not silver. The earrings arrived on time, but I had to get in contact about the necklace which was never sent. They re-sent it and were fine about it. The items were well-packaged and were both sent from China. I had the impression when I ordered that it was an Australian company.
Updated review 04/02/26 - I was given a 10% discount for the items I ordered as they were not as advertised. I accept that they were not advertised as sterling silver, but I have reminded the company that "vintage" implies age and the items should have been advertised as "vintage style."

Badly made product

I ordered a wand. I felt that the website had given the impression of a hand made wand. At $40 I was expecting a high quality product. What I received looks like cheap mass produced plastic, similar to those Harry Potter wands in toy shops but less neatly finished. TBF to the company I did receive the product in a timely fashion. However I feel ripped off.
