I recently had a disappointing experience with Olive Oil Jones. While I was initially excited to try their products, the quality did not meet my expectations. The olive oil I received had an off-taste, which I found surprising given the company's emphasis on high-quality products.

Additionally, the customer service left much to be desired. I reached out with some concerns, but the response I received was unhelpful and dismissive. It felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, which was frustrating as a customer who genuinely wanted to support their business.

Overall, I had high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. I hope Olive Oil Jones can improve both the quality of their products and their customer service moving forward.

Very poor quality oil – rancid, and unusually slick which leads me to believe the owner has likely added fillers. When I voiced my concerns to Steve he became very irate.

I've journeyed through the world of olive oils, but Olive Oil Jones marks the lowest point of my culinary expeditions. This oil isn't just disappointing; it's a full-blown betrayal of the olive's potential, an affront to anyone who appreciates good food.

The moment I opened the bottle, a wave of despair crashed over me. Instead of the expected grassy, peppery notes of quality extra virgin olive oil, a faint, stale odor reminiscent of forgotten gym socks filled the air. My hopes dwindled, but I held onto the slim chance that the taste might salvage this lackluster beginning.

Sadly, my optimism was unfounded. The oil coated my tongue with a greasy, almost metallic film, leaving a lingering bitterness that refused to fade. There was no trace of the fruity, vibrant flavors that define a good olive oil. This tasted like a neglected bottle, abandoned in a dark corner of a dusty pantry for years.

Olive Oil Jones isn't fit for consumption, let alone gracing a salad or dipping crusty bread. It's a culinary crime, a stark reminder that not all olive oils are created equal. Do yourself a favor and avoid this abomination at all costs. Your taste buds will be eternally grateful.

The products on offer here are among the best of their kind available anywhere. The oils are shipped and stored in barrels, which makes a huge difference in consistency of quality. The vinegar, the marmalade, and the marcona almonds are all first rate.

I have ordered repeatedly from Olive Oil Jones because it is the most delicious olive oil I've ever tasted. The special care they take with each order is superb. The products are fresh and delightful, a treat for your tastebuds! I've turned on lots of friends to them and everyone agrees. Olive Oil Jones is the best!

The olive oils are great. I love the variety of their offerings and their versatility. So are the vinegars, especially the Balsamic Vinegar which I use for everything from salads to chicken to pasta.
The customer service is first-rate. Michelle is unfailingly friendly and responsive.

Have been hooked on these oils for several years. Our cooking took a huge leap in quality when we started using Olive Oil Jones, and our whole extended family noticed. We’ve gotten several
relatives and friends hooked as a result, and every time we try to switch to another oil, it’s just not the same. Even as they’ve gotten a lot more expensive, the quality remains really hard to beat for the price. I stock up whenever they’re on sale, and use them for all my pastas, salads, and more. Just made a tasty arrabbiata on Wednesday night 😋
