Oliver James Tailors is a complete scam and not worth one star - if Trust Pilot had a zero score this would be right for my experience. I (stupidly) ordered a pair of shorts well presented on their Instagram page, size medium. Waist is probably 8cm bigger than me and ‘shorts’ are below the knee. Rubbish material and I would not be seen wearing these. Refund refused, just like other reviews, and they expect me to order more with a discount. That’s not going to happen.
First time I’ve been properly scammed and even worse than Temu.

They sent me the wrong size. Option is to return the item to China or get 20% refund without sending. Terrible shop. Don't buy.

Even giving this lot one star feels wrong.

The website is dishonest, suggesting a solid British tailors. It changes frequently but contains photographs eg of a friendly tailor at work, cool models in snappy fashion etc.
It claims “a commitment to timeless style and quality craftsmanship. Our journey began with a passion for creating well-fitted, high-quality menswear that blends modern trends with classic elegance” and “a strong focus on detail, fit, and premium materials”, “EXPERTLY DESIGNED Our team carefully refines every piece to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and style”, “PREMIUM FABRICS” and “PERFECT FIT”.
They claim that all items are sent by Royal Mail, and despatched promptly.

All of this is nonsense - either misleading or plain dishonest.

For example : Royal Mail is not used at all. Despatch may be prompt but it is from some factory in China.
The goods (which will take weeks) are delivered in the UK by a courier company.
My 2x shirts are cheap and nasty, typical mass-produced sweatshop stuff, poorly finished, badly cut, cheap material, and colours nothing like the items shown.
They arrived at a collection point rolled up into a small grey plastic bag.
They contain no manufacturers label - just a label stating the Size.
I wouldn’t pay a fiver for them both.

Scam. Items are useless and do not work. NEVER buy from them scammers.

Absolute Scam….do not touch this company with a barge pole, the product I ordered was sub standard cheap and nasty. When I asked about returns they told me to keep the shirts and I could have 15% of the next order, they then upped the offer to 30% off. The product is not worth any discount. Eventually they gave me the address and asked me to put a low customs value on the returned goods to avoid any delay in refund. Below is the return address and what they wrote in their last email.

These guys are asking me to make a false declaration

Beware ! Oliver James tailors are not Oliver James London. I ordered a Supposedly linen shirt from a picture posted on Instagramby the former . When it came, it was 35% cotton 65% polyester and Nothing like the picture, Which it turns out is a different shirt on another site. I complained asked for a return address and a refund. The reply offered me a 15% discount on the next item. I declined this and put the pictures of the shirt that they sent , the shirt on their website and the shirt on my order of confirmation which were three entirely different pictures and they up their offer to 30% or I would have to return it to their international warehouse , in it’s original packaging and pay the postage However, there were still no address for the international warehouse. Needless to say, I am not accepting the 30% discount on another product and will be sending yet another email for the international address. Sadly neither will I be buying anything else from an Instagram advert. So sorry, all you genuine Sites on there but companies like these ruin it for you all.

It took ages to arrive and when it did it was very poorly made and wasn’t anything like the colour shown. Tried to return it but they offered 15% off my next order instead. Didn’t want it back
