Delivery was fast, the jeans were really soft and comfortable, a great colour for autumn (green)

Had a few problems with the speed of the website seemed to take ages to upload but once I got the app it was fine and delivery was great and I love the items

Shopping experience with you Amazing as ever. I love Oliver Bonas. However, you should consider ditching Evri as your courier. Delivery was expected on Tuesday but. Received a message from them saying delivery would be delayed by up to 24 hours. 48 hours later no further news from them.

Ordered on Sunday for click and collect. Courier has still not despatched to click and collect store 4 days later.

Update: Oliver Bonas replied on Friday to say looking into it with courier. Offered a refund. No further update. Gifts therefore did not arrive in time for wife’s birthday.

The delivery by Evri was appalling. They did not even come to the correct flat block. It was left at the nearest place to the road and delivered to me by a neighbour.
OB service was fine - but you may wish to reconsider your carrier.

Evri delivered to my flat door on the 3rd floor and he walked up and down the stairs. I wish I had his energy. I was somewhat taken aback at the size of the cardboard box the frame was packed in! Still, it came in one piece thankfully.

Fab shopping experience. Lovely gift ordered online and sent direct to my lovely sister in law. So many choices so something for everyone. BUT so speedily despatched, just standard delivery, it arrived before her bday, which was great because I had left it late and was worried I would miss it.

I ordered a bedspread, that cost nearly £200 and it came wrapped in a flimsy cotton cover - the label was just stuck on the cover and had started to peel off. If it had been raining that day it would have been ruined. The Evri driver smokes - how do I know this? Well of course the bedspread reaked of cigarettes due to no packaging. Appalling service.

I ordered 2 items but only 1 arrived! I ordered a lamp base and separate lamp light but only the light arrived. This by utself is useless.to me and although the first part of the order arrived on time I've had no updates about the second part. Poor service

My 15-year-old daughter had a very upsetting experience at Oliver Bonas Crouch End this morning, on what should have been an exciting occasion.

She had had her eye on a dress for a wedding for some time and was eager to go and buy it. At 9:30am, she found the door closed but unlocked, so understandably assumed the shop was open and stepped inside. A staff member told her that the store was still closed and open only to staff, which was completely fair. My daughter politely asked what time they opened, only to be met with the dismissive response, “It’s on the door!”

It would have taken no effort at all to simply tell her the opening time kindly. Instead, this staff member chose to be rude and belittling toward a 15-year-old who had made an entirely innocent mistake.

I went in a few minutes later with my daughter to buy the dress, and the staff member clearly realised that I knew what had happened. I chose not to confront her in front of my daughter, although I was extremely disappointed by her attitude.

This store has usually been a favourite of ours, which makes the experience especially unfortunate. Every customer, whether 15 or 50, deserves to be treated with the same basic kindness and respect. A young customer should not be made to feel small simply for asking a polite question.
