Incorrect delivery by Evri
Unfortunately I had to contact Customer Services as Evri had delivered my parcel to the wrong property and we have been unable to locate it. However, the assistance I received from Sophie in Customer Services at Oliver Bonas was first class. She dealt with this issue quickly and efficiently and arranged an immediate refund, and is also continuing to follow this issue up with Evri. I was very very impressed with my experience, and very grateful that it was resolved so rapidly.

Hello, the products are amazing. I am very pleased. Great delivery times as well. I find it really hard to read the emails due to the light blue font. It doesn't feel very engaging or inclusive to your happy customers.

Courier delays
Ordering was easy and when received the items were well packaged and are lovely which is great as they are birthday gifts.
However, I’m not sure I would use the company again as the courier service was poor. If you are ordering gifts give yourself plenty of time in case of delays!
I placed my order on Monday and was unable to collect until Saturday. Had notification from Evri that the parcel would be delivered to the parcel shop on Wednesday, then Thursday. It was eventually delivered on Friday but too late for me to collect.
When collected on Saturday the parcel had a tiny ‘Fragile’ sticker on and looked battered! Unpacked it before leaving the parcel shop and thankfully contents were ok 😅

Ordered for next day delivery days ago but still haven’t received order. Evri appear to have lost parcel. Oliver Bonas have been relatively helpful but Evri are terrible and it puts me off shopping with Oliver Bonas.

I have not received my item and Evri has not given me a date for delivery, it is extremely disappointing. During the delivery window I updated my address details and still no sunglasses.

We ordered a howdy cat print and received an email saying there’s one left and it’s damaged so we can’t have it. We now have an empty yellow frame and no print. We have visitors coming and we wanted the art work up for their arrival. I have spent £100s with the brand and even advertised them on my social media. Just a little disappointing

Sometimes, we have hundreds of customers checking out at once and sometimes for the same item at the same time. Necklace arrived loose in a nice bag but was badly tangled up, it took me 30mins to untangle, it made me feel that it feel cheap and uncared for. Won't use this company again as when I enquired it's standard packaging. Wish I had looked at reviews first. Website is clear and easy to use. Options for free delivery, and I am kept up to date on the delivery schedule.
I like the wishlist option.
Seasonal fashion updates and corresponding sales of older stock.
Always offer bright colours and interesting, fresh designs.
Do not offer petite range, but variety of leg and sleeve lengths mean I can always find something I like and it fits.
I use customer reviews to guide me on sizing etc.
